My sleep was destroyed and no effort was made to explain what happened. A colleague tried to follow the fire escape route and got quite confused about how to get out.

That said, when it comes to a fire alarm, security must always take priority over comfort. Whether an alarm ultimately turns out to be a false alarm or not, it must be taken seriously and treated as a genuine emergency until it has been properly assessed. No fire alarm is ever activated with the intention of disturbing guests or interrupting their sleep. We do, however, take your comments about the fire escape route very seriously. Clear and intuitive evacuation signage and procedures are essential, and we will ensure that this feedback is addressed. Well-located (a short tram ride from the central station gets you here). Tasty breakfast, quiet and comfy room. Free coffee all day long at the lobby. Not cheap (as usual in Switzerland), but it's value for money.

I booked the accessible room because I use a wheelchair. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The shower was clogged with hair and was not draining. The thick carpet made it hard to move using a wheelchair. The entrance to the hotel room has a bump which makes it very difficult to get in with a wheelchair. And again the door to get in is heavy. Very difficult to get in without assistance. The bathroom door was very heavy and closed to quickly. It would be very difficult to open and get into the bathroom without assistance.
