Nice reception area with weilcoming staff. The room was modern and of good quality. The bathroom smelled a bit like it had been washed with dirty cloth and water, a bit sour. The door was also slamming when the doors in the hallway slammed shut. Breakfast was very good for me as i have noe allergies, but for my girlfriend with celiac and milk allergie, it was terrible.

I had mosquitos in the room (so did my colleague in another of your rooms), and even with the window closed, I woke up every morning with new bites and came home with 15.-20 mosquito bites. At least I hope they were and not bed bugs. Saw mosquitos flying around the room in the evening. Told receptionist. Awful nights

I had a brilliant two night stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is incredibly clean and well presented, comfortable and quirky. The staff were all fantastic. Excellent breakfast. Located on a quiet street just away from the city centre but very walkable and a tram stop less than two minutes walk away with free local transport visitor card. I cannot recommend highly enough for the price point!

The bed from 316 room was noisy, squeaking on every move and turn. The mattress was uneven and gave me severe back pain next day at work. I had to come back urgently from the office due to agonizing pain and lie on the floor just to see ease the pain. I didn't ask to change room as it was already too late, my back was getting worse and worse, and didn't had the strength to move all of my belongings to a different room.

We completely understand that, once your back pain became so severe, changing rooms may no longer have felt possible. Had we known about the problem at any point during your stay, our team would have gladly checked the bed immediately and helped you move to another room, including with all your belongings. We booked 4 rooms and are generally satisfied with our 7-night stay. However, we would like to recommend 2 improvements, i.e. room cleanliness (there is cobweb and dust on floor in one of the rooms on the second floor); and more variety of breakfast buffet would be nice especially for those with long stay.
