My (adult) child and I stayed in a 2 twin bed room and had a great stay. Price was great given the location (easy walk to Gare Cornavin, other public transport, and to the city center). The staff were really friendly and professional. The extra cost for the breakfast was well worth it. We had one minor annoyance in that both of our key cards stopped functioning early and had to be re-set. Other than that, we had no issues and would definitely stay again.

Really great for the price, they did turn down service and made our bed. The staff were lovely and helpful, always helping :) Location is good, with food options nearby and a short walk to the lake or the station. Really easily to stay at if you get into Geneva airport late, as the train and then a short walk to this hotel.

The room was really small with no room to walk around, there were no ammenities, eg no drawers, no safe, no urn, no drinking water on the desk like every hotel provides, and the bathroom dorr didn't have a lock. the pictures i saw when i booked were really misleading.

We were shocked to see that the streets surrounding the hotel were day and night full of prostitutes, shady characters and drunk people. Would never recommend anyone to stay there. Not safe. Geneva Police should clean this area up.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was in a great location - close to the train station, shops, restaurants and local sight seeing opportunities. The staff were really friendly upon arrival and provided us with maps of the city. One thing to consider is there was no mini fridge in the room, so couldn’t keep drinks cool when going out and about for the day. One negative of the trip was housekeeping. We asked for housekeeping, but this didn’t seem to be done until really late - around 4pm each day …

Convenient location close to the train station suited our family well. We didn’t include the hotel breakfast but there are nice food shops nearby with lots of options. The Geneva travel card was great enabling easy travel to and from the airport and around Geneva, especially across the lake on the small boats.
