Satisfactory. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel is clean, safe and modernized. As two women travelling (mother and daughter), we felt that the area and activities around the hotel (perhaps street prostitution) made the stay feel a little less safe but the hotel itself felt safe.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to Geneva, and we had a great stay. The location is excellent—very central, with easy access to the train station, the lake, and the Old Town, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for the two of us. The only things I felt could be improved were the additional charges for breakfast and luggage storage. I wish breakfast had been included in the room rate, as it is at some other locations, because the additional cost for both of us was quite expensive, so we chose to have breakfast elsewhere. We also had to pay an additional fee to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out. I felt this was a little disappointing, as many hotels and other venues offer luggage storage free of charge for a few hours. Overall, though, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
