We loved the helpfulness of the staff and the facilities of the hotel were good. Room was ok, aligned with the expectation. Location was close to multiple restaurants, supermarkets and train station (all positive) but during the night on weekends the street night life was "heavier", even though it never lead to insecurity and police was seen multiple times patrolling the streets.

Charging to store luggage a few hours before check-in is absurd. Charging less to other people with larger bags is laughable and inconsistent.

We stayed in a 4 person room as a group of friends, and the hotel was excellent. the room was functional and clean while also being decently well appointed given the price. The staff were friendly and the free hot chocolate/coffee/tea in the lobby was a bonus also!

Location for the town centre is good. Don't let the local businesses around the hotel put you off. Seems a little ran down at first glance but everyone seemed friendly. Very comfortable bed (traveling alone and had twin beds) and super powerful shower. All you need for a hotel room. Room was clean. No amenities for drinks in the room but access to free hot drinks in reception/breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but plenty. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
