From check in to check out everything was exceptional and above what we where expecting, staff so friendly and attentive, rooms immaculate and very cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and in a very nicely decorated and modern looking dinning room made for a very relaxing experience, just what you need after the hustle and bustle of the city.

Room was clean and comfortable, overall stay was okay. But the carpark management was very disappointing. I already paid the RM8 parking fee during check-in and the reception gave me the receipt. Car plate number and parking details were all correct. However, during check-out, the exit system suddenly showed I needed to pay more than RM100. I got stuck at the exit while many cars were waiting behind me. A building security staff came over but had a very bad attitude. He just said he didn’t know and it was not under him, then asked me to call the hotel or pay first. Even when I asked for the hotel contact number, he also said he didn’t know. The hotel room itself was good, but the parking experience and poor handling really spoiled the stay.

This is my third time staying at Mecure Shaw Parade as it’s a good location which is 10 to 15 minutes walking journey to Lalaport shopping mall and Hang Tuah station. The person who did my check-in process ( forgot his name) was fast and detailed. Room was clean and tidy too. Staff are friendly as well.

The location is better than I expected to get to Pavilion area. The room was spacious, clean and the staffs are friendly. Definitely will go back and stay.
