I realized you charge me when I extended my reservation for one more day, when I make my check in I advised I paid an extra night with you and I wanted the same room, unfortunately you charge me in my credit card as if I didn´t make the check out and the check in again, nevertheless you know I will stay another night in the same rooms, so I´m not satisfied with you because of that. The rooms were 620 (G. H.) and 316 (Lopez G.). The extra night were paid since may.

The room was spacious and comfortable to stay in. Also appreciated the mini bar service. The only point for improvement is that I was not able to enter the hotel when I first reached . I took a late flight so my arrival was quite late. I had pressed the bell at the front several times but it did not work? A few moments later a staff member came to the door so I was able to enter in the end but I was worried that I will not be able to get in.
