Location is great and very near to the train station and also the main Munchen Hbf station is easily accessible in 10 mins by tram. One star less for slightly rude staff at the reception during check in. And the room offered was on a very lowet floor which did not have a lot of air circulation but luckily the weather was cooler that day.

Check in was a breeze& the room was well appointed & modern. The aircon in the room didn't work properly; was very fiddly and didn't seem to produce cold air. The reception staff could have been a bit more friendlier, though the bar staff were amazing. Would recommend staying here and would stay again.

We were totally satisfied with the location, cleanness and the overall quality of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I asked them several different things and they immediately responded. We only didn’t like the variety of foods in the Bar and also the breakfast, since we experienced the quality of Novotel breakfast in other countries.
