The room was Basic, i guess it‘s Ibis Standard. Small but clean ideal for a solo Traveller. The Blanket i had in the Room has a small Stain on it which is not easily noticeable so i don’t mind it that much. It would be nice if there will be a Kettle and a cup atleast for coffee and Tea but your Receptionist is kind enough to give a cup of water whenever I ask. The shower was okay, except for the Towels which I find it Old. Water leak from the shower but it didn’t bother me much as the floor towel is being changed Daily. Location was in a quiet neighbourhood with just a few Tram stops to Main Train Station. Receptionist are friendly.

Very clean, functional, very helpful front desk staff, good breakfasts, poor in-room air conditioning.

The staff on reception should have been pleased to have us (a family of five over four rooms for four nights) stay at their hotel. Instead they were unsmiling, unhelpful and unfriendly. They never made us feel welcome.
