From the moment that I checked in, I was welcomed with warmth and great hospitality. There were slight hiccups regarding the chair in the room and my toilet door. But they were immediately solved by the staff. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The hotel's location is strategic for shopping as it's close to major malls in Jakarta. The stay was good, staff were very accomodating and welcoming. Only the breakfast menu saw a decline in quality during my stay. In the end we had mostly carbs and indomie is outside which is difficult to balance, as the bowl is so small and the door that leads outdoor is so heavy. Other than that, there was nothing out of the ordinary.
