Comfortable stay, but the service could be improved. I called to request laundry pickup, but after waiting for an hour, no one came to collect it. I had to call a second time and wait another 20 minutes before it was finally picked up. On the second day, I requested an extra pillow, but again, I had to wait 40 minutes and call a second time before it was delivered. I understand that these are additional services, but having to wait so long for such requests was quite disappointing and made the overall experience less enjoyable.

It was an average experience. Room had water dripping issues. Though the front desk team offered to change the room, i didn't expect such an infra with ibis which is claimed to be a 4 star hotel.

Had a really enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool was in a different building and one needed an escort and minder for the entire time one used the pool.

Room size is just ok but matress / pillow are super comfortable. It would have been even better if hotel provide face towel. Breakfast is not that great as it lacks varieties.
