The overall service provided by the entire staff was exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. A special mention and big thank you go to Nabila, whose hospitality was truly outstanding. Her exceptional care and helpful attitude made a memorable impression on my stay. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I wasn't able to receive a room upgrade this time due to the hotel being fully booked. However, the management handled it graciously by offering a complimentary dinner instead, which I greatly appreciated. It is always great to see a hotel value its loyalty members so thoughtfully. I highly recommend ibis Styles Tanah Abang for its fantastic hospitality and customer-centric approach. I will definitely be back!

Requested a cab to take us to the BNI City Station. We had quite a bit of luggage with us. Asked several times if they knew the station for the train to the airport. The guys at the desk said Yes yes yes don’t worry. Driver ended up taking us to the BNI BANK!! What are we doing taking all this luggage to a bank. Cab driver had no change at all? Very incompetent desk guys.

Staff messaged me to confirm my arrival on the day of the stay but said could not give early check in as the rooms were full. Good initiative but was a little late in confirming. Decided to check in at 7pm instead as we had plans. The staff were friendly and welcoming during our check in. Room was good and comfortable and was also upgraded. The only downside is that the aircon was blowing in our faces on the bed. The staff had prepared our welcome snack in the room upon checking in. Other than that wifi connection and smart tv was working great. Breakfast quality though was a little underwhelming and could be better.

We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink at the lobby upon arrival. We also enjoyed the breakfast served at the hotel, especially the variety of dishes offered each day. My overall five-night stay was very good. The location was convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were limited cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area. One thing I would like to point out is the shower towels. Although they were replaced daily, they looked quite old and had a strong, unpleasant smell. I believe it may be time for the hotel to replace them with new ones. Other than that, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I have experience friendly customer service from reception to restaurant; and everything in between. Gian, the Deputy Manager is very hands-on as I can receive updates from him from time to time.
