Friendly staff exept Thomas (rude, unhelpful and discourteous employee) Room (217) Air conditioning was hot, and no technician available night time, so they offered us 2 fans. I got parking ticket because Hotel didn't register my car in parking system.

We had a lovely time, rooms were spacious and the hotel is well located. A few minutes away from the lion monument and 12 minute walk to the station. Staff are very friendly and will help with any needs or advice.

I booked two rooms and arrived early around 11 am, requesting early check-in for at least one room (Platinum status). However, the person at the front desk, Thomas, told me check-in isn't until 3 pm and that no rooms were available. The other receptionists, especially Jasmine and Leo, were friendly and helpful. The stay was good, and we can't expect more from Ibis.

The location is close to many local tourist attractions, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. We accidentally left some items in our room and the staff found them and put them aside for us. They were willing to ship them to us at a location of our choosing but we elected to return to the hotel to pick them up prior to returning home due to timing. The rooms themselves are somewhat small and could use a refresh but we were very happy overall.

The hotel is in a very good location. Everything is close. Transport, tourist attractions, central station. The room is large and comfortable. The bed is very good. The breakfast selection is large and good. A small refrigerator was missing. There is a possibility to make coffee in the room. I really liked the hotel. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

I was here for business and as said in the title it is very convenient well located but the room, for the price is really cheap looking. AC had a smell of bad humidity so the bid did too. Staff was very friendly, one of the iron was not working and they showed me the way to another very nicely. There was also no more water in the iron and in the water container in the ironing room.

The location is very good, and the staff are friendly. However, the moment you enter the room, there is a pleasant and unpleasant smell in the room.

First of all, the hotel needs to train their staff. The receptionist named Thomas has behavioral issues. He is rude. Upon reaching the hotel around 1 pm, I politely requested if early check-in is possible. Thomas gave me a long lecture and his tone was rude. Since I was with my family, I did not respond and completely ignored his rudeness. I think he has issues with Asians. Being a Professor from a top European university, I could have easily given him a strong response. But I tried to be decent during the trip. Moreover, Thomas just gave me a piece of document and did not explain its purpose. Later I realized it was a guide and at the bottom the city pass is present which I was supposed to use it during city tour. This person was rude to everyone. One old guest had some issues with telephone and requested to call from the reception. He was very rude to the guest. I understand that that hotel has some policies which staff needs to adhere but the staff must communicate that in a polite manner. Second problem is with the cooling system of the hotel, it is simply pathetic. Midnight my sleep broke due to the heat in the room. The location is good but overall the experience was bad. I would not book this hotel in future nor I will recommend it to anyone.

Rooms were small but nice and with natural light. The balcony was very cute. The bathroom was also spacious. The amenities were good. Except that you do not provide milk/creamer pods in rooms for the coffee machines was a big dissapointment !! Many people still prefer coffee with milk or creamer.
