For safety reasons, the window opening mechanism is controlled by reception, but the windows can be opened and closed upon request. We can also provide the emergency key for a few minutes if needed, as this key must remain at the reception desk due to safety regulations. We are sorry that the train noise affected your comfort. For this category, having a hair dryer in the room is not mandatory. To ensure guests can still access this service, we provide hair dryers free of charge at the reception, in exchange for a refundable deposit. This procedure exists only because some guests unfortunately forget to return the hair dryer after use. In your case, a hair dryer was provided to you immediately, so we do not fully understand such an unfair rating.
