Pros: Good place to stay. Location is good and the staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable for the most part. Cons: No kettle, no separate towels for face or hands, only 1 big towel.

My only problem was lack of communication before arrival. I tried to arragne an early check-in after the booking was made. I could not amend the booking online and wrote several emails. There were no replies to my emails and no early check-in available upon arrival.

I had a great stay. The hotel is well located with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Two items. First, I booked my hotel through booking.com, which provided an option to pay for early check-in. I learned on arrival that this was not an option, while I managed to get a room, it is a problem to address with the Booking.com listing. Second, my room 446, while nice had a problem with the door. You have to give it a hard pull or push so it latches, and inside the room, so you could engage the deadbolt.

The hotel was pretty well located and excellent for the train station. Hotel bathroom was unclean on arrival despite the hotel making us wait from 12-3pm for our official check-in time (most hotels support an earlier check-in to help, in my experience). Either way, I don’t expect stains on the toilet seat and hairs from the previous guests. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the food we had from the restaurant was tasty and well priced-for Geneva which is extortionate! The TV did not work when my daughters tried to watch YouTube, which was disappointing as they wanted a relaxing evening after a busy few weeks of travelling. A member of staff tried to help but was unable to staying they were ‘new TVs’. The issue was it wasn’t connected to the WiFi and she was unable to support in resolving this. Overall, a good location but pretty basic and think there’s likely to be better options.

The problem of the hotel is the lack of hygiene, because the mattress is not protected by anything. The only thing it is protected is the mattress topper. I find that a real dirty thing. I am sure they do not clean the mattress that is shared by all customers. I suggest that they start protecting the mattress witha cover and change it for every customer.
