Ibis was OK I've stayed in better ones it track upto hotel . What brings it down is the city what an awful place Geneva is . We went to German parts of Switzerland beautiful clean well run . Can't say same to the French parts awful awful so to have your hotel here nor doing you any favours.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location in close proximity to the UN, cafes, restaurants, gym, grocery shop and bus stops. I was allowed to check in early but at an added cost. The room did not come with basics facilities such as jug or a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet was good and opened till 10am. On the other hand, customer service did not meet my expectations, it could be improve to be more hospitable and approachable.
