I enjoyed my 3 nights here, the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is easily reached on tram 14 from the station, it stops very close by. The staff were friendly and professional!

The front desk staff was very responsive to requests. Requests for ice, directions, towels, information on transportation, etc. The AC in the rooms was moderate at best, and it was disappointing to not have access to a fridge in the room or ice machine on the floors. Overall the experience was good. Access to public transportation was good.

I always stay with your hotel when im on business trip in GVA. its very well located between airport (bus 23), P&G office and city center (tram 14). Nice and cozy room and good breakfast. Very nice reception staff as well.

I have used this hotel several times and the Budget rooms are uncomfortably small but clean. The Ibis Hotel rooms are adequate and practical. What assaults my senses every time I enter the hotel is the rank odour of cigarettes. I often notice people smoking close to the door and it sets a poor standard.

Perfect. If you ask me why I don't give a 10? The smell of the carpets. The smell is terrible.
