I have been to Geneva but this is the first time I stayed at the Ibis style Carouge- I kept on seeing the great reviews and decided to stay. I was delighted by my experience - from the welcome and help from Francois to all the helpful service. The room was very comfortable too. All in all a wonderful stay. The tram was very convenient too- just outside the hotel.
