This is a nice, comfortable hotel. The rooms were of a decent size, clean and with comfortable beds. No tea/coffee facilities in the room unfortunately, which would have been nicer. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The cafe/restaurant produced nice food, but we would have appreciated a wider choice of main meals. It has good transport links normally (there were extensive road works right across Geneva when we were there), and there is a free travel card for public transport included. We can thoroughly recommend it.

It's a cute hotel in a nice neighborhood, with the tram stop right outside and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. But several things could be improved: 1. Implement a system for the iron and ironing board. I needed to iron my clothes for business meetings, but the iron and ironing board were being used by another guest, and I was told to check back. I checked 3 separate times a few hours apart, but they had not been returned, and I never got to use it (and had to go for meetings in wrinkled clothes). The Front Desk should implement a 1-hour usage time limit and keep a record of which room has taken them (so that they can contact the room to return it if it's past one hour and another guest has requested it). 2. Install a bell at the Front Desk. I had to check out at 4.45am and no one was at the Front Desk. I do understand that the staff cannot be at the desk throughout the night and it's completely fine if they are resting in an inside area. But please provide a way for guests to notify them, e.g. by ringing a bell at the Front Desk. I called out "hello" and waited for a while, but no one came out. Eventually, I went out the hotel's front door and pressed the doorbell.
