Check was quick and the room was cozy. The hotel is under a minute walk from the bus stop and a 8 min bus journey to the Bahnoff. Very comfortable place to stay.

The room is perfect for short stay for a small family. Everything is nicely placed, room service is good. All the hotel stuffs are very nice and helpful. Only thing that needs some improvement is the breakfast options. We stayed 3 days at one point breakfast became boring, we were expecting some change. But food was good.

I have stayed in Ibis Paris, now staying in Lugano Ibis also, but this one was worst’s stay in Ibis property. If you complain for AC not doing proper cooling staff says we cannot do anything, even charger adapter we sale not available on deposit as well, where same was available in Paris, Staff of Paris ibis was so friendly and helpful, won’t suggest this hotel to anyone.

There weren’t many electrical outlets in the room and the shape of our European adapters wouldn’t fit in the sockets. Your hair dryer didn’t fit well in the electrical socket so it kept turning off. Breakfast was good though. Room was small, little comforts for the cost.

Experience? Or nightmare? Those boxes are so small. We booked in for 2 nights, but left after the first night. Claustrophobic with a bunk bed above my head! Airconditioning non existent. No small fridge to put water or medications in. Do I need other say anymore?
