Good location, but not really hospitable. We were here on a Sunday and it was just awkward. When checking in, there were two couples before us, but we were not greated. But the most weird was that everything was closed in the hotel, and as silver members, I asked how we should go for the welcome drink. The incheck guy told, just swipe through the app when you order, but there was no place to order. As the bar and restaurant were closed. So it was just unclear. and in the end, we had to get a drink in the lobby from the fridge. I do think hospitality wise, there can be done some great extra efforts. The room was damp and a little stinky, but it was clean. The breakfast was really brilliant!

The room was clean and the accessibility to the central city was fantastic! There probably wouldn't have been any complaints if I hadn't eaten breakfast... At the breakfast cafeteria, flies were buzzing around and occasionally landing on the food. On the terrace, watch out for sparrows eyeing your cheese; mine got nibbled on while I stepped away from my seat.

The location was good. I took the Studio, which was Big and comfortable is just that the air conditioners are not up to the mark for heat wave. Also, the breakfast was not that great with bees around. Overall, the hotel was good. Just wish the breakfast could be better.

AS always the stay was comfortable. Nice size rooms, modern, clean, comfortable. Only downside is that we arrived a bit early (around 13:00) and did some catchup work in the unoccupied breakfast area until 15:00 when we could check in.

The bed was small, and the door wouldn't open; I had trouble every time I tried to enter the room.

I was lucky I could park the car just in front of the hotel (4 places incl 2 plug-in places) otherwise "Tiefgarage" difficult to reach and park
