Dear Mr P., Thank you for sharing your experience. We are pleased that you appreciated the welcome, our team, the Wi-Fi and your departure experience. However, we are sorry about the unpleasant smell in your room. Flies coming into contact with food on the buffet is also a serious matter and does not meet our hygiene standards. Regarding breakfast, our 2-star hotel offers a cold buffet, but it must still be presented in proper conditions.

During a period of very high occupancy, an exceptional allocation issue unfortunately occurred for this room category. We would, however, like to clarify that there was never any intention to mislead you or not to respond to your request as best as possible. On the contrary, the first room offered was intended to provide you with a larger room, although, in the layout of our hotel, this room category is located on the ground floor near the reception. We understand that this solution did not meet your expectations, especially because of its noisier location. We are, however, glad that another room could eventually be assigned to you. We sincerely regret that this incident affected your perception of both the welcome and your overall stay, and we thank you for sharing your experience so openly.

Thank you for your honest feedback after your one-night business stay with us. We’re genuinely glad that the breakfast was to your liking – it’s one of the highlights we really take pride in! However, we are truly sorry that your experience was spoiled by the strong cigarette and urine smells in the room and bathroom, the very loud traffic noise starting as early as 4 am, and the uncomfortable pillow that prevented you from sleeping well. Your comment about the need for a complete renovation and much better cleaning / fresh air is well taken and we take it very seriously. The breakfast was very small, and there were flies in the kitchen during breakfast, which were on the food served on the buffet. My hotel room was smelly.

Clean rooms. However. I paid extra for the "new york" room. When I arrived the receptionist say they have given it to someone and downgrades me to a room just by the reception (noisy, smaller). When I continue to argue they agree to give a room that isnt by the reception and slightly higher up. Recommendation: don't pay extra as they may try scam you

I spent one day on a business trip in this hotel. My room was stinking after cigarettes and very bad. In the bathroom it was stinking after urine. I had a very bad sleep, as the pillow was uncomfortable and the room was super loud of the cars starting from 4 am. A complete renovation would be necessary. There could be a better job done in cleaning and creating a fresh air and nice stay for guests. Breakfast was good though the only positive thing I can mention.

Very satisfactory stay in this comfortable, clean hotel. Particularly appreciate: sufficient number of electrical outlet, no adapters needed to plug round plugs ( such as our own kettle), perfectly clean bathroom with well functioning shower.
