Honestly, best hotel I have stayed in while traveling 10 days within 5 different locations. It exceeded my expectations and it was very comfortable. I loved how close it was to the bus and train route along with the Air Conditioning to keep comfortable. It was also affordable within my budget.

Perfect location for a stop over in Bern as lots of parking and a tram stop right outside meaning seamless travel into the city. Hotel was very clean and rooms were nicely done. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a stay in Bern.

1. The room is very small, after opening 2 suitcases there was not much room for us. 2. The shower stream is week and unstable, every few seconds the heat was too hot and then it become too cold. 3. The crue was very helpfool 4. The location is great

The hotel isn't in the centre but it's beside a No. 9 tram stop that gets to the centre in a few minutes, and we get a free travel pass! That makes it a good location in town but it also has quick access to the motorways. Maxim, on the Front Desk, was particularly helpful at check-in by sorting out a few queries.

The girl at the reception around 10 pm the day l checked in was very rude. I only got assistance from the girl that was at the reception at Novotel because there was a problem with the booking that l had done through booking.com

The hotel is a bit out of the center of town but the #9 Tram runs from the train station and takes you right to the door. The rooms are what you expect from an Ibis and the staff were very helpful
