The room was comfortable however the pillows were hard and shower was confusing and I was disappointed not to have a small amount of milk provided or small packet of biscuit i found in other hotels world wide

What a beautiful hotel, so clean with a lovely fresh smell when you enter. The Staff are all friendly and very very helpful. The rooms are spotless, super comfy beds and pillows for an amazing sleep. There was also a bath and a separate shower which was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again as its close to the train and bus stations.
