There was no point complaining to reception as we only stayed the weekend. Nearly £800 for 3 nights. Our towels were left in the bath to be changed as per the instructions but the maid just hung them up for us to reuse dirty. There must have been a maid closet above us because every morning at 4am we heard trolleys and banging. We didn’t sleep a wink over our lovely weekend so won’t be coming back.

Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the housekeeping issue. Your towels should have been replaced according to our procedures, and it is clear that this was not handled correctly. We will certainly review and reinforce our cleaning protocols with the housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. I am also very sorry to hear about the noise disturbance you experienced early in the mornings. Some of our rooms are indeed located closer to the delivery entrance, which can unfortunately result in noise at certain times. While we always do our best to allocate rooms thoughtfully, during periods when the hotel is fully booked, it can be difficult to avoid assigning these rooms. We genuinely regret that your stay was impacted in this way and that we were unable to provide you with the restful experience you expected.
