The hotel's location was a big plus, the rooms were big and some of their staff were very good too, especially Thomas at the breakfast restaurant and bar, the Chef/cook who took execellent care during breakfast and keeping a tab on preferences for the consecutive day was very good. The rooms were big too, however I was given the 1st floor and all the noise from vehicles and people screaming in the night came in. That is still okay, however the fly in the ointment was your staff at the reception. I was going to have my breakfast on Friday, the day of my checkout and I was told by the lady at the counter that I have to go to the reception first. It came as a rude shock to me when Anderi at your reception said that I cannot have my breakfast because there is an outstanding amount from the dining at the bar and it seems they did not block my card for extras at the time of my checkin. I would have preferred that you would have seen the card information in my Accor account and given me a call or an email asking me if you can charge that card. Everytime I had a meal at your bar I was asking if your staff could add the bill to my room and they did, you could have said no then. Atleast you could have checked how long I have been a customer, how much I travel, this year, last year before stopping me and making a comment like this. I feel this is very unprofessional or rather 'cheap', which left a very bad aftertaste, maybe this is what you teach your team but this is not where I want to be.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town. The building is clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bar and restaurant are also nice. Rooms were decent size and well outfitted. Because of my loyalty status they had already arranged a room upgrade for me. Breakfast had plenty of options and was tasty.
