It is also rewarding to know you noticed the modern style we aim for at Novotel Genève Centre. However, we are truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration with the supplement for additional coffee in the room and would like to clarify that 4 coffee pods are provided as a welcome gift, while any additional sets are charged at 10 CHF. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the size of the beds. However, we’re sorry for any inconvenience related to the guest room amenities during your stay. The policy for our Classic-level guests includes Nespresso coffee pods as a welcome treat, with additional pods available for a fee. Our team is always happy to provide more details or assist on site whenever possible. Nonetheless, it’s great to know our location gave you easy access to Geneva’s train station, lake, and many restaurants, making your trip smoother and more enjoyable.
