Got a bigger room (instead of having to rent 2 because of travelling with children), Got allowed a very early checkin, The bathroom and room had great size. Just perfect. We loved it. Kudos for an outstanding service at front desk!

Lovely stay. Perfectly located and access was easy with the Visitor Card. Front desk staff members ( esp Claudia) were lovely. Comfortable and clean room. Accor welcome drinks greatly appreciated.

Room was tidy and comfortable enough. Kettle broken and had to be replaced. Fridge not working. Cigarette smoke through windows. Suspect someone smoking nearby with their windows opened. It was quite noisy too. Breakfast was below average and fruits were bruises.
