We regularly stay at the Ibis Baar as our son lives in Baar and we have 2 grand children we visit for birthdays. Everything was perfect as normal apart from the bed. We were on the 4th floor room 6 and there was a dip in the centre of the bed that we both felt. I did make a mistake when I booked and forgot to add my wife so we thought this room was usually used for single occupancy and the person would sleep in the middle of the bed? We really like the offer of not having the room made up and getting drink vouchers

The hotel is located directly opposite the train station and has everything you need. Probably the most expensive Ibis hotel you will find but this is Switzerland, and both quality and service is very good.

The location was ideal. Right in front of the station. Quite and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming. Always smiling. The only one thing I would like to add. I'm a Heartist. Work for Accor. Visited for a holiday. As an accorian, we are entitled to Heartist discount. When asked for the same during check in for breakfast I was told it is only applicable online. Did not understand why rules were changed here. Otherwise, I had the best time. I thank the entire team.
