We loved our stay. The air con in the rooms worked so well in the heat wave. Breakfast was delicious, the playground in the courtyard was lovely, and the pool was clean.

We love the hotel and are returning customers I was very disappointed on our final morning though when told we couldn’t store some bags for the duration of our trip over to Interlaken. I do appreciate this is hotel policy- but as returning customers who have taken a suite twice I was surprised there wasn’t an exception. Equally, customer service was incredibly poor and I say this as someone who works in customer service. If I was telling someone there plan for storing luggage was not possible I’d be printing them a map of HB station to show them where to go. Not telling them- and I quote ‘It is what it is’ I believe the lady on the desk was called Julia. She also told me she was the manager in charge at the time when I tried to escalate my problem- I do not believe this to be the case but could be wrong. I leave your hotel wondering if we would stay again as we do value customer service on our trips. Regards, Georgina
