Very average stay. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again. The breakfast (paid for) was ok, but limited options. Rooms small and not catered for business travellers (no safe deposit box) and lack of power points/ USB-C ports. Inconsistencies with facilities in rooms - guests staying with me had newer facilities and layout in other rooms. Had to move from first room as bed was caved in and had a view of a wall and part of the Salvation Army building.

This was our first stay at an IBIS hotel and our first time in Geneva. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight, and the bed comfort was exceptional, housekeeping staff were also very nice. The blackout blinds a great touch for sleep and noise reduction. Overall, a great experience and I would stay at this hotel on my next visit to Geneva. Also, my first experience at IBIS Gare was such a great experience, I would source out the IBIS hotel brand in other European locations in hopes of a similar experience.

It was an ok stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was decent, however, the room lacked a mini fridge and the view was ridiculously bad as I was facing some dirty walls and had to maintain the curtains closed the whole time. The staff, however, was always amazing and kind.

The location is good but the room is super small. Probably not worth the price considered the room size. The front desk in the morning was friendly but not as nice in the afternoon.

Room was ok and clean but next door to rooms in refurbishment so work was starting at 8am until 5.30pm which made it impossible to sleep late, relax or work in the room

The staff made the stay! They were wonderful. Overall, breakfast was very good and the hotel is clean. The rooms are a bit run down and the air conditioning was slow and had to have a key in place to work, so if you have been out all day the air has to catch up.

No lift on my first night was a terrible experience. I was not warned prior to my arrival that there will be no working lift. So I had to climb up to the 5th floor repeatedly.
