Very nice room with a great staff that held our luggage after we checked out but before we needed to go to the airport. would definitely recommend this hotel

I was checked in by Faustina and she was absolutely wonderful in looking after me at check-in and then subsequently on several occasions. I also loved Justine on the Monday morning when I had breakfast- delightful person who looked after me so well and had such a fabulous attitude on a Monday public holiday.

the experience overall was very pleasing and the service was good. the bottle of water could have been replaced in the room and the bathroom carpet placed as well. otherwise everything was great.

I was in Geneva during the weak when temperatures hit 29 degrees. The AC in the room was blowing air but it wasn’t cooling the room. I notified the receptionist on multiple occasions but nothing happened. On the day of my check out, when i was asked about my stay, i told the receptionist that i could not sleep because of the heat. All he had to say was that he was sorry!
