I would come back again BUT not unless the restaurant is open on weekends! I was so disappointed, as this is a main draw for me as a single woman. Closed on Friday (holiday) and all weekend -so only 1 night available during my stay.

Room not ready, no information given at front desk about anything. Room took over an hour and a half to be ready after the usual check-in time. Given room on different floor from my children. Front desk staff did not give any information about the hotel- check out time, breakfast, restaurant, nothing. It was a bit strange.

Loved the hotel. In a perfect spot, with a wonderful vibe and exceptional staff! My only complaint would be the cleanliness.. my towels were a bit dirty and the bathroom just seemed to be needing a little more attention. Still overall a great stay.

It was a little disapointing, the staff were really great and made us feel really valued, went out of their way to help us celebrate our anniversary, unfortunately we could not accept the lovely room they had for us at the top of the building. The 3rd floor room was clean and functional (except the shower- see below) and served our purpose for our time in Geneva, the hotel is well placed to go out and enjoy the city, the restaurant was closed on our 1st night 7/8 and we had arranged to eat out on the 8/8, breakfast was haphazard. A hotel is a big part of our holidays and not just somewhere to sleep I checked M Gallery because we have stayed in some lovely M Gallery hotels like Split ,Cannes and Seattle. This is feedback for yourselves only.
