The location itself was not bad, but the information provided when booking online through the Accor website was unclear. We intended to book the ibis at Roissy Airport, but ended up booking the ibis in Roissy-en-France instead. We arrived at the wrong hotel late at night, in the rain, with our 3-month-old baby. With no buses available at that hour and very few taxis around, the situation quickly became stressful and difficult for our family. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the lack of flexibility and empathy shown by the ibis team. Despite explaining our mistake and the challenging circumstances, we were told that the booking could not be transferred to another ibis hotel within the group. We understand that ibis is not a five-star hotel, but basic hospitality, understanding and customer care should be expected from any hotel operating in the hospitality industry. At the first reception, we were told that we could order a taxi, but when we asked for further information, no clear guidance or assistance was provided. The front desk staff were not particularly helpful, leaving us to manage the situation ourselves with our baby in the rain and darkness. When we eventually arrived at the correct ibis airport hotel, I briefly explained what had happened to the receptionist. Unfortunately, the response was equally disappointing, with little empathy or concern shown for the situation we had just experienced. Mistakes can happen, and we accept our share of responsibility for booking the wrong location. However, the way a hotel responds when guests encounter difficulties is what truly reflects its service standards. A little understanding and willingness to help would have made a significant difference, especially when travelling with a very young baby. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unsupported and genuinely disappointed in the ibis brand. We will not book with ibis again.

Very lovely bed and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was included wide a wide variety of food. The 1602 bus is just slightly around the corner, it will take you to Roissy bus station and can get the RER B, or you can get the train to terminals and if you get off at Terminal 2 you can get the train from gare station to go into Paris and there is a carrefoure and relay shops. You can get the bus from the bus Terminal to go to Aeroville shopping centre C buses. You can go around the Roissy en France Village 10 minute walk from hotel.

I provided Invoice details when I checked-in at night. When I wanted to pick up the invoice for my company in the morning before departing, they told me it was not possible to change it. I didn't have time to argue Front Desk so I left. I am trying to fix that over email but definitely won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast options are quite poor.

My hotel room and the hallways were a little tired but the common areas and the breakfast were excellent. I intended to stay at the Ibis Styles at CDG T3 but ended up with a reservation at the wrong Ibis Styles hotel a 10 minute cab ride away. The two hotels have almost identical names. Please fix this.

Suitable for purpose but likely would try find somewhere nicer in future. Room was clean but just everything is a bit old and tired. Breakfast was pretty grim. Didn’t go back after the first day. Was a complete mess for one, super busy with lines for coffee etc. I pulled a hair off the cheese platter that put me off my food. Overall fit for purpose but not by any means the fittest. Staff though were very helpful and lovely to deal with

It was very disappointing. The room and hallway looked run down, the sealing in the bathroom wasn’t properly fitted, the air con was only blowing cold air and I couldn’t turn heating on or turn it off. The sheets were ripped, there were dirty tissues already in the bin, and the chain hatch on the door was missing. The walls were incredibly thin and there was loud music playing in the room beside me and I ended up having to go to reception to report it after no one answered the phone. The TV only had 3 channels and was very unclear how to operate it. This stay was incredibly disappointing and I couldn’t wait to leave. The staff weren’t bad or rude and did tell the people to turn the music off but the state of the place was terrible.

Had booked double bed room months earlier for an overnight stay check in was around midnight for a flight home to Australia next morning. Check in lady was not welcoming at all, didn’t explain the shuttle service was just going to be a normal bus where there is no room for luggage. Went to our room and it had 2 single beds which is not what booked went to see the check in lady only to be told they don’t have any rooms available with double rooms. I showed her my booking and with out even looking at the computer system just said NO rooms and walked away… the room had no shower caps and bathroom had separate shower (which is fine ) shower in the bath but the bath is so deep it was hard to get out and the glass divider swings right into the basin… lastly the buffet breakfast was quality was terrible left and had breakfast at the airport.

It was kind of like being in a prison movie. Scratched mud-colored walls in the corridors. Room doors did not fit the frames. No secondary locks. A bath towel torn down the middle. But the sheets were clean.

The hotel is dated, the rooms are stuffy and noisy. We had just 4 hours to rest before our next onward flight. So we paid a full nights premium to have the room from 7am - midday checkout. Maybe this is the standard in France for the price we paid, but we were unimpressed.
