The location is very good if you want to stay closer to the city centre. The room was clean and well equipped. The family room given was very cramped up and the quality of bed was not so good. The room was very warm and the AC was not working at all. When called reception for help, we were told that the AC is not working for the entire hotel.

Location was good and staff were friendly. The beds were so hard I didn’t get much sleep. I’ve had a number of back operations and the mattress was terrible. Every morning between 8-8.30am housekeeping would knock on our door and wake us up after already having hardly any sleep due to the mattress. I left feeling exhausted. My mobility isn’t the best and the shower leaked pretty badly and it was extremely slippery trying to get out of the shower. Reception allowed us to check out at 1pm, which was kind of them but this mustn’t have been communicated with house keeping because housekeeping knocked on our door a further 2 times and let themselves in 3 times while we were still in the room.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional. Only problem I had was that the hotel air-conditioning was not operational during the first 2 days of the stay. My west-facing room became hot due to the warm sunny weather which made sleeping difficult.
