Having the park house so close to the hotel is a great start and the location of the hotel itself on the edge of the Altstadt is excellent. This trip was a special one; my wife and I have been trying to get a holiday for the last 6 years but our business and work commitments have always got in the way - but not this year. I'm an Accor Plus member and half way through our 6 night stay my status went from Gold to Platinum; evidence of many nights away from home again this year. I wanted this trip to be special and for my wife to have a wonderful time. I reached out to the hotel before our stay and let them know; they really looked after us. The room we received, the service of the friendly reception team, the food in the restaurant; it all made for a memorable stay for all the right reasons. I am so grateful to the Mercure Hotel Freiburg Am Muenster team! We had originally booked for three nights and extended this to six when our travel plans changed slightly. I am so glad we decided to stay at this hotel for the extra three nights, it was just awesome!

A great hotel to stay, located within walking distance to the charming old town of Freiburg and the Christmas market! The room is comfortable and clean. Love the personal touches in the room with a of a bottle of wine and snacks for being a loyal member! Thanks Mercure.

Very good hotel with welcoming staff. Rooms a Re spacious, clean and have amazingly comfortable beds to sleep on. Unfortunately every time I stay one of the elevators is out of order.
