・Although the hotel directory is now fully QR code-compatible, it doesn’t list all the ways to contact the necessary departments, and requests for restocking supplies with Housekeeping must all go through the front desk. On top of that, it takes over an hour to process these requests, which is too slow. Even when I asked for just one roll of toilet paper, it took over 90 minutes for it to be brought to me, and the room wasn't cleaned at all for one day, which was very unpleasant. ・The number of breakfast items has decreased, there’s no toaster, and the juices are no longer fresh—the overall quality has gone down.

The hotel was booked due to its central location and advertised parking. The parking is not free and had a height limit of 2m. My vehicle is 2.05m tall which meant that it would not fit in the carpark. I called the hotel to enquire where I could park. I was told of two places the first and slightly closer required the vehicle to be moved before 8am, as this was a holiday I moved on to the second suggestion. The carpark was next to the central station with broken bikes and graffiti around the site. I parked here and we collected it bags for the twenty minute walk across town to the hotel. The room itself was clean but the body wash empty in the shower and there wasn't any milk and empty opened packets of sugar in the drinks area. I'm sorry to say the hotel spilled our impression of Freiberg, we left without booking breakfast and headed off on the twenty minute walk back to the vehicle.
