Um forno sujo e mal cheiroso. Entrei, paguei e saí sem me hospedar. Banheiro sujo, com restos de sabonete usado no chão. Ar condicionado NÃO esfria. Odor desagradável impregnando tudo, no quarto. MUITO barulho, NÃO há nenhuma vedação sonora. Barulhão da rua, barulhos no corredor e nos quartos vizinhos. INSALUBRE e anti-higiênico: a janela NÃO abre, ao contrário do que prometem. Telefone inútil, não serve para nada: só liga para a recepção fria, que informa laconicamente: “use seu celular”. Impossível chamar um táxi. Zero atenção e zero gentileza na recepção e portaria (melhor chamar de DECEPÇÃO e PORCARIA). Desprezo a idoso. Um lixo, o pior Ibis que já conheci.

This lovely hotel is unfortunately on edge of the old city which is not very pleasant to walk around in. Many homeless people, neglected buildings and surrounds. The Se Cathedral, Opera House, Faro Santander Centre and Republica Park area were walkable with lots of security present. We were continually warned to put our cell phones away which made using walking apps difficult. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open at night although the pizzas offered were good but not 2 nights in a row. Only a corner cafe in area to offer a hamburger or one needed to take a taxi to the new city. Uber and other taxis did many calls to the hotel. No hairdryers in the bathroom, although these were offered in other Ibis Hotels we stayed in this month.

The staff is just unprepared, people cut in line and they don’t care at all, they will cater to them before you. Early check in is available, but only if you pay, even if you have Accor status.
