Comfortable room and breakfast was OK (except for the coffee). Fine parking space but it will cost you. V-Pay seemed out of order (cash only) but the next morning they told another story

Great stay, although we asked for a family suite and the linens for the pull out were not already in the room. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and well located within the city.

Hotel was only 20% or less occupied, as All Allcore member was given the worst room facing a noisy alley with metal trash bins. The room had a light I could not turn off. The curtain was unhooked and light came in from the lit alley. One of the switches crackled indicating a short. No cups of any kind in the room. I had asked in email to assure the room has no lingering smoke as I am very sensitive. I got a response about their non-smoking policy. I have encountered this issue in other non-smoking hotels in Germany. Yet, the smell was there and strong. There are restaurants on the lower floor and people tend to smoke at least outside. The AC was pulling smoke into the room. I could also smell this in the breakfast room. I sent an email with no response. Tried to talk to the front desk thought the might offer me another room. All I got was a blank stare, no apology or empathy. The attitude was “ I don’t care. I just work here”. I was not able to deal with this so I left without using my second night and moved to a cheaper much nicer hotel. My warning: don’t even bother with In styles Trier.

Perfect stay, room was big enough for group of 3 and staffs were very helpful, especially Thai lady staff.
