While we are pleased to know that you had an overall good stay, we are sorry to learn that this visit did not fully reflect the positive experience you had during your previous stay. Please accept our apologies for the air conditioning leak in your room and for the cleanliness concerns in the bathroom, particularly regarding the shower head. This is certainly not aligned with the standards we aim to maintain, and we have shared your comments with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate attention and follow-up. Regarding the welcome amenities, we would like to kindly clarify that the peanuts and dodol were provided as part of your Gold member benefits.
