Check in process was a brief, i just need 10 minutes wait, while enjoying the welcome drink from my membership as an All Plus member. Room was upgraded to privilege suites from the privilege room due to the membership. The room was superbly huge with bathub inside the bathroom. There are two tv in the room, one big giant tv facing the bed, and smaller one, facing the couch as a living room ( small ) Breakfast was quite mediocre, selections was actually quite enough, its just the taste still a lot to be improved. Facilities was amazing, from the pool, ping pong table, fuzzball , and electric bike rental in the lobby. This was not the first time for me staying at this hotel, but everything was still acceptable. Please improve the quality in the restaurant, however the in room dining was above par, the service was also warmth. The welcome delicacies was also was a very nice personal touch.

When we first arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front office, sorry I forgot her name. Check-in was completed quickly, and this morning we had breakfast and received a warm welcome from Ms. Amanda. Unfortunately, today's food was less than convincing (sorry), but overall we say thank you.

The rooms are old and worn but still neat and clean. My overall bill charges is different estimate eventhough all services is the same which I am puzzled.
