Happy to comeback and stay to Pullman Jakarta Central Park. I was assist by Mr. Haris for my check-in and check-out. He is very friendly and helpful, he upgraded my room to Suite Room. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel beside Central Park Mall, so easy to find food and shopping. Recommended hotel for all trip.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Pullman Jakarta Central Park. The hotel’s location is highly strategic, with direct access to the shopping mall, providing great convenience for dining and shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with complete amenities. I would like to extend my appreciation to Ms. Fika, the Manager on Duty during my check-in, for her professionalism and warm hospitality. My breakfast experience was also delightful, thanks to the attentive service from Mas Fajar. Additionally, I would like to thank Ms. Mutiara for her kind and welcoming service during the welcome drink at Bunk Lounge & Bar. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The overall ambiance of the hotel is modern and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable. I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. On my first day, I found a hair I. the stir-fried noodles at the breakfast buffet. Additionally, on my last day, I encountered a spoiled hard-boiled egg. I only realized this after cracking it open, when a strong unpleasant odor was released. These experiences were quite concerning and have led me to question the hygiene standards at the property. I did not expect this level of quality from Pullman. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve.
