I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived. Although my room had already been allocated an upgrade, which I appreciated the reception staff went above and beyond when I requested a pool view. They were very friendly, accommodating, and did everything they could to meet my request. I ended up with a beautiful room offering a stunning view, and I couldn’t have been happier. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of options to start the day. I also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was great with very good service to match. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and hospitality. DR F Haroon

My stay at Mangga Dua Square was wonderful. Ms. Idah handled the check-in process with kindness and professionalism, making everything smooth from the start. The hotel is very nice, and the swimming pool is large with a separate kids’ pool, which is perfect for families. A special thank you to Hani, Farhan, Rully and the Front Office team for the thoughtful birthday treatment for my husband — it really made our stay extra special. Thank you for the great experience!
