All good. Only the executive lounge is served ala carte. I didn't know the portion because of no image on the menu. I also ordered fried rice, but fried noodle come. Hard to finish. Others all perfect, room, breakfast, check in process.

It was a nice stay with a helpful staff, unfortunately the cleaniness of the room need to be improve such as bedsheet.

Very pleasant stay at the Novotel. Great value rooms. Acknowledged my platinum status with a room upgrade and welcome gift waiting in my room. They have an executive lounge open 5-8pm for evening finger food and drinks. Hotel is next to Mangga Dua shopping complex- which is has a large convenience store in the basement and several food options. Though upper floors seem very empty. Good gym, pool and other facilities. Also had a great aromatherapy massage- Miss Nanda my therapist was very friendly and acknowledged my allergies to certain oils. And discussed alternatives using Google translate. They offer discounts for happy hour!
