I had a very satisfying stay at the Novotel hotel. The swimming pool was amazing and very relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The staff were all kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to the cleaner, Bayu, who was especially helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated the great service and would happily stay here again!

We loved to stay at your hotel. Because the hotel really clean with a big room. Nice ambiece. Near from my husband office. The breakfast was nice. Some of the staff are friendly, not all of them.. one of the staff that greets people at the restaurant, she has no smile, make me bad mood hahaha. But the others are nice. Overwall this hotel is one of my favorite hotel at Mangga Besar
