We are 5 people, slept comfort on Deluxe Balcony Room - Twin Bed is comfort for 1 adult & 1 child. Breakfast is oke.

Overall our stay was pleasant even though it was very crowded during lebaran holiday. Our room was nice and clean, and the service was prompt and friendly. But there was a few things that could be improved - Breakfast time was chaos. We have to queue quite long to enter the restaurant. Inside the restaurant was very crowded. The food taste was very standard compared to all other Accor's hotel that we've stayed before. But they managed to always refill the empty food tray in the midst of chaos, gotta give it to the team 👍🏻 - Before check in, we emailed the hotel to ask for room upgrade (we have vouchers) and they offered us to be upgraded to suite room. But when we agreed to the offer (we replied on thesame day), they said that the suite room was unavailable during our stay period. That was quite dissapointing for us 😔 Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Thankyou mercure Ancol team!
