I stayed at this hotel for a family staycation and booked three rooms for one night. Even though it was only one night, it created a wonderful experience for us. From the check in, the staff warmly welcomed us. When we entered the room, we found a sweet mirror decoration prepared for my nieces and nephews. During breakfast, the staff were also very kind and attentive. Thank you so much to the entire Mercure Ancol team, you guys are awesome!

Stayed here for CNY holiday, hotel was fully-booked but the staffs are very responsive. Smooth and fast check-in, we got an upgrade for our second room so both of our rooms can be connected. Rooms are clean & tidy. Kids friendly with many activities, and a lion dance show for CNY season. This was our second year staying here for CNY, definitely will be back again next year. Thankssss!
