Not happy with the stay specially in the winter. The room was freezing and no heating

We had some wonderful relaxed time here. The hotel facility is really good. The surrounding area is also very nice. There are many options for the public transportation. It is very convenient to go to the Center area of the city. The breakfast was really great with a lot of varieties. The dinner in the restaurant was also very good. The Caesar salad was the best one we ever had. We also liked the pizza from the bar. We enjoyed the sauna very much. We have stayed many Novotel hotels. This is the best one so far!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is good and very convenient. Breakfast was perfect and pizza in bar was good. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Had everything we needed during our stay. Only recommendation to do a deep clean of showers as there was a little bit of dark mold in shower on the sealant.
