Incredible poor service in the restaurwnt and at the bar. Rude staff that clearly disliked their cusomers. I will never ever come back to this Novotel. Choose something else with a more friendly environment where you will be treated like a valued guest.

Awesome hotel. My first time here In Amsterdam. Chose this hotel as I’m an AllAccors member. Though not very near to the central, but it’s very near to the RAI train station. Only about 8 stops to Amsterdam central. Very privacy place to stay in. Since I hate the bustling areas. Nice clean room too. Special shout out to Martina who checked us in swiftly. Very bubbly and helpful staff. Went to the extend to show us the map and recommended us places to go in Amsterdam. And also to Stephana, on helping us to liase with the housekeeping manager Miss Zorayda with regards to our luggage issues to be shipped back to Singapore. Thanks so much for the great assistance and hospitality. They even have a mini Convenience store and a souvenir shop tag the lobby. Will definitely stay at this hotel when I’m back to Amsterdam. And definitely it’s a safe place to stay in.

Stayed 2 days at Novotel. Since the booking was via the RAI website (attending a fair), we did not get all the information as we would have when booking via the Novotel Website itself. (By the way, the RAI website is horrible to use). So, information we did not get via RAI website nor when checking in was that there is a parking fee of 32€ per day. Considering the the hotel room fees it should be included to be honest. But the main reason for the low rating is the fact that the carpet of my room seemed not be cleaned for years. Carpet was dirty and had big coffee stains in front of the coffee machine. Problem was that I did not notice it earlier, I came in late and left early, only on the last day of my stay I noticed it when sunlight lit up the room. Beside that, staff was friendly, breakfast was good.
