The hand wash in my room run out on 1st or 2nd day and during the whole week of my stay while cleaning nobody refilled it.

Location is excellent with access to trains to airport and trams and metro into the city centre. Rooms are a little dated and would benefit from more sockets, particularly beside the bed.
