Your staff are a credit to you. I stayed a extra 5 nights due to cancelled flights and they could not of been more helpfull despite having to also deal with a lot of other quests. Food was delicious. Rooms spotless with cheerfull cleaners. Your night staff always friendly nothing was to much trouble thank you all.

It is very conveniently located next to a tram for the city center. Also the hotel was very clean, comfortable and the amenities made the stay really good.

We were stranded in Amsterdam for 5 nights due to multiple flights canclation. We had a nice stay in one of the hotel's executive room. Very spacious, exactly as described. Staff were very friendly abd and helpful.

We cannot thank this hotel enough for the way they helped us during a very stressful situation when our flights were cancelled. Despite being clearly overwhelmed by the sudden influx of stranded travellers and enquiries, the staff remained professional, calm, and genuinely friendly throughout. A special mention goes to the manager, who went above and beyond to help coordinate solutions, and to the bartender, whose kindness and warmth made a difficult evening much easier. Their support, empathy, and professionalism turned an emergency into a manageable experience, and we are extremely grateful. Highly recommended for their good service when it truly mattered.
