While staff generally quite nice, very poor value for money. Internet was awful and unreliable, very limited useful storage space in closets (needed to purchase own storage from Amazon), and furnishings very worn. If needing to stay for a short visit to Amsterdam , ok. If needing to stay for some months with your family, would suggest to attempt to find an alternative.
