We stayed with a baby for three nights. We were provided a baby bed and a high chair, and the apartment worked well for us. Only less positive feedback would be that our room didn’t feel completely clean. We had to wipe up a spill (of our own making) on day 1, and in cleaning the floor with a wet rag there was a coating of dirt on the rag. Also a few surfaces that definitely hadn’t been “glove checked” lately and a not-gone dried up puke stain next to the bed. The bed was also clearly worn and older. Comfy though!

The food, which could be ordered at the entrance via the terminal, was terrible. The salmon role was not fit for eating, old and very dry! Unfortunately even after I complied no feedback from the hotel. Even though the restaurant was part of the hotel.

The accommodation itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and overall the facilities were quite good. Unfortunately, the service and staff experience significantly affected our stay. Whether you stay for one day or six days, you receive the same amount of complimentary amenities. We stayed for four days and received only four coffee capsules—the same amount provided for a one-day stay. When we asked for more, we were told that additional capsules would be charged. Towels were not changed during the stay, nor was a change proactively offered. Only when we specifically asked about it were we offered fresh towels. There was also no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The biggest issue, however, was the staff. They seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, almost as if our presence was an inconvenience to them. The overall attitude was surprisingly indifferent, which made for a rather strange experience. It’s a shame because the property itself is comfortable, modern, and very well equipped. With more attentive and welcoming staff and better basic service, this could be a very good place to stay.

I’m here practically every week, I have been in all the rooms. Either there’s a slight problem with the shower, or one of the bar chairs is broken, or the dishes are incomplete, etc... so it’s "equal" to expectations, but no more. However, the staff are very good.

The apartment needs some improvements, particularly when it comes to the furniture. The cleaning was not done properly: there were several large cobwebs, even next to the bedside table; the carpet had not been vacuumed; the kitchen countertop was dirty; and the walls had large dirty marks on them. There were also hairs from previous guests in the shower, and the shower head had mold on it. The only real downside of our stay was the poor level of cleanliness. Considering how much we paid, I expected better conditions. The upholstery on the bed was torn, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. On the positive side, I appreciated how quiet the room was and the fact that we could change the towels whenever we wanted.

Check in and out all went smooth. The hotel located not so far from RAI, its also just some steps away from tramp station. We had apartment with 2 bedrooms. Clean and comfortable apartment, lot of space. We love the terrace and big bathroom, also fully equipped kitchen helped us a lot. We had breakfast also, it was better than we though. There was not so many choices (not a big buffet) but the food and beverage are all well choosen. Warm dishes are indeed warm and taste good, bread and pastry are all nice, also tee and coffee all good. Definitely worth to come back.

I was requested to not smoke in the apartment. As a non smoker, it was obvious to me and I appreciated that it is clear to guest. I was very shocked that the apartment 3009 smelled a lot by cigaret smoke. It was midnight so I did not complain. I hoped it will disappear till the morning. It did not.
