We got a beautiful, very spacious and renovated appartment. Good parking options in the garage besides the hotel; good access to public transport, green environment. The breakfast area could also be more spacious and refurbished. The availability of the washing machines should be better planned through booking slots. We had to wait for hours until a machine was available. These are however no major complaints. Overall the stay was very nice and the staff friendly and engaged.

I stayed at the Adagio Hotel with a group of friends, and we booked two apartments. Unfortunately, neither room was properly cleaned before our arrival (see photos). Both apartments had food splatters on the kitchen walls, mold in the bathrooms, and stained pillows. Thankfully, the beds themselves were comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing. On my first morning, I arrived at 9:40 a.m., and none of the hot food had been replenished, even though breakfast was scheduled to continue until 10:00 a.m. I do want to recognize the kitchen manager, who kindly cooked fresh bacon for me despite my hesitation to ask—that level of service was appreciated. The housekeeping fees were quite expensive, so we chose not to use the service. We also found ourselves locked out of our rooms about 20 minutes before the advertised checkout time, which was frustrating. Overall, it was not a great experience. I understand this is a budget hotel, but guests on a budget still deserve clean accommodations and for advertised services and times to be honored. The biggest positive was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who did their best to help throughout our stay. A few suggestions for improvement: * Ensure breakfast is fully stocked until the posted end time. * Make sure room keys remain active until the official checkout time. * Offer complimentary access to the coffee machine throughout the day. * Install more hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. With four people sharing an apartment, having only one hook for towels and clothing was simply not enough.
