Mostly good. Good location for onward travel. Excellent staff who were knowledgeable and VERY helpful -thank you. Great breakfast and rooms. My room (5014) was not thoroughly cleaned -Very dirty oven tray which I had to scrub before use and oven had bits of burnt food in. Wine glasses were not fully cleaned and mirrors in bedroom were dirty, The sinks and toilets were very clean though.
