The people working there are lovely and very helpful. I needed assistance with a few services after I booked and the staff was very understanding. The studio is comfortable and has everything one would need for the stay. If anything is missing, the staff is more than happy to support. Location is perfect and there is plenty of space to park a bicycle. Only remark is the cleanliness - we stayed for 16 days and the first cleaning was really not great. They had not even vacuumed the room. Also the room we stayed at had a problem with the drains in the bathroom. Since we got the room as a complimentary early check-in, we did not complain. I only made the remark to the staff at reception so that they are aware.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel, very clean and comfortable. The rooms were massive and well equipped, plenty of space for the little one to roam around. Staff were fantastic and very polite and the area was quiet not much noise. The only thing for me was that if you drive then the carpark can become expensive if you stay for a few days but other than that very happy with the stay at the hotel. Wi definitely be recommending it to family and friends.
