“It is not the one who never falls who is strong, but the one who falls and has the strength to get back up,” says an old proverb. And this is indeed the right occasion to quote it. During our stay at this hotel, an inconvenience occurred, which we promptly reported to the manager, Barbara Nowak. This wonderful lady, elegant and kind, immediately made herself available and managed to recover the situation brilliantly—with great professionalism, grace, and attention. Her love for her work is evident and truly shines through, and that made all the difference, turning our stay into a pleasant one and leaving us with a beautiful memory of the experience. We travel a lot, also for work, and we will continue to choose Mercure as a guarantee of professionalism and high standards. A special thanks to the impeccable Vlad, who brightened our excellent dinner with his spontaneous smile, kindness, and professionalism. Thanks to everyone

The hair dryer was dirty, the back was all dust, the room was not cleaned properly, the sink had hair.

Reasonable stay but close to main road

Room was ok although a sliding door to the bathroom so close to the bed was not the best. The door did not close fully either. Be aware that some rooms including ours face two roads, one of which was a 4 lane main road (motorway?) and so the room was noisy at night. Tea bags were provided, but one of each type for a two person room is not good. Staff were polite and helpful.

This hotel caters to tour groups . Not recommended for leisure travelers . It’s situated very far from the city centre. Housekeeping is horrible . They don’t bother to clean the rooms .. will not recommend this hotel to anyone

We understand that our location, while convenient for some due to its proximity to the metro stations Overamstel and Spaklerweg and ease of access to major tourist sites, may not be ideal for guests who prefer to be in the immediate vicinity of the city center. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Moreover, we are sorry to hear that our housekeeping services did not meet the standard we strive to uphold. We take pride in our daily housekeeping and the cleanliness of our rooms, with towels refreshed upon request and sheets changed every second day. We genuinely apologize if this was not your experience and sincerely regret any discomfort it may have caused. Finally, we understand that as a valued Platinum member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, you expect a certain level of service that is both personal and attentive. It disappoints us to learn that we fell short of these expectations during your visit. It is a very good hotel, clean, with great breakfast, nice and modern rooms, well located, the metro Station is 8min walking and the staff supportive. The only let's say disadvantage is that you have to pay extra for the parking .
