Staff is very very rude , not cooperative, room is not comfortable, bad view , AC not working well , Hotel is very far from any metro station

We understand that comfort and convenience are paramount, and we apologize if the comfort of your room was not as expected. Our hotel offers a range of room types, and we aim to provide a relaxing view for each; we regret if this was not the case during your visit. Regarding the air conditioning, our system is designed to maintain a comfortable room temperature, we also offer extra fans for additional comfort. We apologize if this was not communicated to you effectively. We also regret any inconvenience caused by the distance to the metro stations. Our hotel is situated within a 7 to 8-minute walk from the Overamstel and Spaklerweg metro stations, providing access to various parts of the city within minutes. Finally, we apologize for any perceived rudeness or lack of cooperation from our staff. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive for, and we will address this feedback internally to ensure our team is providing the warm and professional service we are known for. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only thing to point out is that having the room temperature at 26 ºC made my first night sufferable. To decrease the room temperature was difficult, even with the window open and heating off which made it really difficult to sleep the first night. Overall the hotel temperature was too high even on the common areas.
