Overall the hotel is nice, however I was woken up at midnight by a faulty and noisy smoke detector which kept make loud rattling noises all night.

I arrived early morning, and one of the staff Jorge's greeted us warmly , I asked for places and directions to go to, he's very accommodating and very helpful. I had lost my engagement ring and I called them back and asked them to find my ring. The house keeping staff diligently look for my ring, I thought I lost it but a day later, I received an e mail saying that they found my ring. I'm truly grateful for them. Thank you for the kindness . I appreciate all their efforts.

Get charged with breakfast without asking or telling me after asking. Did call to express this and would hear something back. Few other smaller things which I think have better options to go to.

Towels did not smell fresh.
