Welcomed by Zion who provided a wonderful check in experience was attentive and provided sound advice. Property whilst out from the old town can easily be accessed via Train for a nominal fee and given the modern facilities and feel of the property was happy to spend the 25 minutes to access the Central Station

While the hotel location is excellent near Sloterdijk and the staff are friendly, my experience as a Platinum member was disappointing. Despite the hotel not being full, my loyalty status provided almost no advantage. There was no room upgrade, no early check-in, and no late check-out offered. I also had to queue like everyone else as there was no priority welcome. The only benefit honored was the welcome drink. Additionally, the self-check-in process is annoying/slow, and the parking is very expensive at 32€ per day. I soiled my sheet on the first day. It wasn't replaced during my stay. These are minor details. This isn't acceptable in a 4-star hotel. Pros: Friendly staff and great location. Cons & Platinum Experience: Loyalty Failure: Hotel was not full, yet I received NO room upgrade, NO early check-in, and NO late check-out. Service: No Priority Welcome line; I had to queue with everyone else. Cost: Parking is expensive (32€/day). Sheets Tech: Self-check-in was annoying and took longer than a manual check-in."
