i was in 3rd floor, room was clean, but not nice! very old school and most advanced is the room key which is not used for electricity on/off. breakfast good, checkin/out friendly, way to public transport at least 10min +15min train ride. i had a faster connection in mind by a called city hotel … anyway, ok, but i would not go again!

We continuously work to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout our hotel and are proud of our efforts to offer eco-friendly services. However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of adequate staffing during peak times and are actively working to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. On the topic of room cleanliness, our policy is to provide housekeeping services on a daily basis, with sheets changed every 2nd day and towels refreshed when lying on the floor. Your experience does not reflect our standard practices, and we are looking into this matter. As for the speed of our WiFi connection, we strive to offer a reliable and fast internet service, and we will review your comments to see how we can improve. Moreover, we recognize the value of catering to diverse dietary requirements and will consider enhancing our meal selections to include halal options, especially for conference attendees from the Middle East. Finally, it is great to hear that our sustainable practices resonated well with you. Lovely stay however had to change rooms due to air con issues. Also food selection in restaurant and bar were extremely limited as only pizza's and bar snacks available. However rooms were very comfortable and kids loved there stay

I made the mistake when I booked M A City Hotel assumed was in centre of city. Hotel is far away from city a. metro 800mts away. As it was raining a. windy, we dined at the Hotel restaurant BIG mistake. Being isolated one would assume restaurant would have a good menu VERY WRONG we were served frozen food which has been fried a. a frozen pizza with sweet sauce very disappointed.
