- One lift was out of action for over a week, resulting in delays to and from the room - I had to remake the bed every day as the sheet was not properly tucked in under the mattress - Soft boiled eggs at breakfast were more likely to be raw or hard boiled - Room key stopped working before checkout time, requiring another tedious trip down to reception
