Was greated by a very nice receptionist. Gave us good tips about the city. The room was better then we expected and really clean. We did not book with breakfast since we normally dont eat it. We were given an option to buy it, but it was quite expensive. The dinner buffet was also expensive and it did not seem to be worth it for us. That is the only 2 negative comments about the hotel, breakfast and dinner. But there was resturants not so far from the hotel. The rest was perfect and will comeback the next time we travel to Amsterdam.

Lovely clean and modern looking hotel. Easy conmection to city metro station is only 6mins walk away. The only faults would be very warm room. Air conditioning is working more like a fan. Can't imagine staying over summertime. Windows could open more widely to compensate the heat.

Bad Maintenance of the room

Hi I was given 7001 in tower A and the door for the washroom was not closing completely and also the bathroom was clogged and did not drain well. I stayed for 2 days by paying 450+ euros but the experience was very bad.
