Hotel is located just on the outskirt of the city centre which is easy to get to on the metro, which is a few minute walk from the hotel. The room itself was clean and modern, with a good sized TV, comfy bed and complimentary mini bar.

The hotel was clean and spacious. Was a cashier walk from overamstel station however at first was very hard to find coming off the metro with no internet connection. Overall was a very good service and would definitely recommend!

Hotel appears to be in a business district and rather isolated from other facilities. Although the room was very nice there were no wardrobes or chest of drawers merely one rail with 6 hangers on full display. Considering this was a triple room it was obviously insufficient storage for 3 people so most of our clothes had to stay in the suitcases. Also not able to pay cash for anything in the hotel, even a bottle of water had to be paid for by card.

I have asked for refund as trip to Amsterdam had to be cancelled due to COVID-19 situation (university open day was cancelled) - my request was refused. In current situation when even Booking.com is providing cancellations and refunds your approach is unacceptable. You lost a guest for the future.
