as negatives I would like to mention the high city tax, the hotel is not located in the city! despite the name and I was here for work, not enjoyed Amsterdam as a city either. Breakfast excellent (10/10). To get to schiphol or amsterdam city public transportations are limited, and at least require a walk through a not very well illuminated tram/train station. The dinner buffet was also tasteful but a bit expensive for what is offered. Personnel at reception excellent, although in other areas it is a bit strange that they do not speak dutch. Overall good, the rooms are cosy, bit small, but clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect- breakfast, staff at the reception, additional services like sauna, drinks at the reception, etc. what we need to improve- cleanliness in the room: when we arrive, there were smb’s hair on the floor and we didn’t like completely the water in the sink went away very slow, the sink was stuck

We have spent here two nights, the hotel is good and located in a very quiet area and with easy access to public means to the city centre
