The hotel has a good location, the staff was helpful. We booked two rooms for 4 nights. In one of the rooms we had heating problem. We had to change rooms for the remaining 2 nights. The breakfast had a good variety of food selection. Overall it was satisfactory.

It was very cold in the rooms in section B - there were 30+ people of us stayed at a time, and almost all complained about that. The food for lunches/dinners was very poor and dietic. The iron in the room worked bad and damages the clothes. Location is 5/10 - industrial area and far from the center.

It was a great and suitable hotel for the group business, having very confortable room, nice breakfast, and good facilities for the meeting room. The quality of service and staff was also good. Close to the highway and easy to acess to go beyond the other cities by coach. Only one small negative side was not close to the station niether the suprmarket, otherwise everything was perfect.

I was very dissatisfied. When I arrived, the room was not clean; there was a strong smell of sewage, and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. The room was also far too small. The reception staff were not very friendly either. Overall, I am completely disappointed and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

On rush hour times, check-in, check-out, there could be more people at the front desk to speed up things. The choices for eating in, diner and breakfast used to be bigger. Certainly the evening meal possibilities/ choices are quite limited. While eating with a group of 6 on Tuesday last week, we were informed -without prior notice-that we could not order any deserts because the kitchen closes at 22.00hrs. This abruptly ended an enjoyable evening. Also Irish coffee's were not possible??? I'm sorry, but this should have been communicated while serving our main course, so we at least had a chance to order prior to closing time. Your staff understood this unfortunate situation, and did their utmost to solve the issue, but closing times for kitchen and hotel-bar are just too early. Guests are now forced to go elsewhere and take taxi's. Not always the best solution...
