Overall experience is sufficient but some points for improvement : - One of the elevator for our building was out of service, it took too long to go up & down, since we stay in 2nd floor, many time we decided to use the emergency stairs. This will be troublesome if we stay in higher floor. - Scammers suspected following us in the elevator and off on the same floor. Was friendly like tourist, asking some random question (restaurant, country origin, etc) but then request us to show our currency cash since they said they plan travel to the country and want to see how is the money look like. We protected our side and left right away.

As the stay was for business and we spent the entire day in the Hotel, nothing to complaint apart from the meeting room door.

I satyed at your place from 6th to 9th May Your Morning staff was so good and made us feel very comfortable during checkin it was good experience in starting. Now in the night at around 10pm we came back and I asked a staff for icecubes. I said can i have an icecube so he started teaching me that you have to say can i have an icecube please he was so rude and full of attitude at that time he insulted me with his words. I was literally felt ashamed at that time. Next day I was smoking outside at around 12 or 1 in the night and when I tried to enter inside he didn't open the door he was watching me standing outside but his anger was at peak as he was having some personal problem with me. I felt scared staying at your hotel. I didn't know his name but he was wearing spex and was bald. I will never stay or recommend anyone to stay. Thankyou I will rate you **** four star in public like on TripAdvisor because i don't want your Mercure chain to suffer because of one guy and I am also running a restaurant that's why I am writing you directly.

early check in was no problem, rooms are nice and clean, staff is very friendly, location is ok, but only if you can take the 10 minute walk to the metro station. only the bar-service in the evening was embarassing.

It is my observation that though Accor group in Europe has good Mid and high end properties along with courteous, polite staff, but property management team lags hospitality and services that should be offered to guests. I understand labor is expensive in Europe and as such many of the services that are generally available in most hotels in ME and Far-east are absent in Europe & US. But simple facility that does not involve labor should be available to inhouse guest or at least to Accor members. I was surprised that even though the self driving parking were available, but parking was charged to the guests. I stayed in Koblenz, Germany in a 3Star non-branded hotel, who to offered free parking to the inhouse guests. But to my surprise, this service was not available in any of the 2 properties I stayed with Accor Hotels. Visit us in Abu Dhabi and we will show you what exactly Hotel industry means and the true meaning of Hospitality.

We visited the Keukenhof Gardens and had good fun exploring the city by canal boat .The Chinese floating restaurant with the robot waiters was worth a visit. I would recommend the hotel for location and staff for being so helpful.

Tried to explain that I needed a place to sleep and a quiet room but.....

Everyday there was noise during the nights, the beds of the hotel shake when the other bed in another room nearby is moving. Just a horrible experience. 2 times there were people using drugs on the room nearby the one I was staying, one stayed up all night doing cocaine and the second one smoked weed inside the room which the smell totally impregnated my room. I tried to complain about the nights I couldn't sleep the attendant was not helpful, I had to ask her to call her manager she said he was off, I kept asking until she called him.

Stayed here for 1 night. Spacious and very clean room. Limited choice but very fresh for breakfast. Very nice staff at the reception and bar/restaurant sticking to COVID rules. Parking (24 eur/night) way to expensive for a place under the sky...so not even covered parking for that price. Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel.
