I arrived for the IBC event later than normal. The staff were amazing and even upgraded my room. The room was super clean and the amenities were on point. Lastly, breakfast was of a very high quality.

The place was nicely presented, but the duvet inside the sheet was brown/yellow and flat, and the mattress had no give. The coffee station didn't get restocked on the last two days either so i had no creamer or sugar.
