It is well located from the metro stations around 10-15minutes away so I used the metros everyday to get to Amsterdam Central. The hotel itself had a really nice bed and bathroom although additional facilities like the saunas were out of use which was a shame since I was looking forward to using them. The gym as well was small and not very appealing. However the reception staff were very helpful in explaining where everything is located in Amsterdam compared to the hotel and very friendly in my initial arrival which made me feel relaxed.

Even opening the central heating system, the room temperature was reached maximum 22c. Terrible experience.

Our rooms are equipped with individual temperature controls and supplementary heating options, which we regret were not utilized to your satisfaction during your stay. We’d like to mention that we do offer extra heaters if required. Regarding space requirements, we offer various room configurations including Privilege rooms with additional capacity that might better suit family needs. Your comments about value perception have been noted, particularly considering our prime location near major Amsterdam attractions and the comprehensive amenities included in our rates. Wasnt expecting much due to the extremely reasonable price but the hotel is sleek and modern and the rooms are spacious and clean. All staff were great and there was a brilliant little convenience shop as was out the way slightly for shops but only 30 mins or so by metro to Centraal. We will definately be back!
