Everything was fine, except de dinner in a buffet form was not a good point.

Although the hotel is a little out of the centre, it is a short walk to the Metro station and about 6 mins in to the main sights. The hotel was very well maintained. Our room had a big, comfy bed and a great shower. The buffet breakfast had an excellent, varied choice. All the staff we encountered were very helpful. A great service all round

I visited Amsterdam for 10 days with my rowing team - we were there to race two weekends in a row on the Amstel River. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The Mercure is beautiful, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to all of us. Plus, the breakfast is AMAZING (rowers love to eat :) I hope to be back next year to race and will definitely stay here again.

No food after 9 and check in abismall

Arrived late, and there was some confusion over my booking - took about 15 mins to sort, but was soon in my clean and comfortable room. Some of the TV channels didn't work, but wasn't massively . Really liked the layout of the room and the view.
