Front desk customer service person came across as rude by the way in which we asked additional questions. Such as asking for 3x room keys as we were a part of a party of 3x. Room was adequate. Recommend providing 2x towels for guests - body and hair. A small bin in the room itself and a chair in the room.

I usually choose to stay at ibis/ibis budget hotels because i know what I am getting for the price I pay (and it usually one of the most reasonable options). This last stay I thought some things could be cleaner (the sheets had a couple of stains, a lot of the cups at breakfast were dirty/not cleaned properly, i also had no room service come in even though i left the hotel at 9:45 or so).

Hotel is clean and tidy overall, located close to a tram station, but the hotel didn’t have water kettle or hair dryer inside the rooms , if you need to use the hair dryer, you need to pay 20 € deposit, so it’s troublesome. And the hotel telephone is totally not working

Location ok. Everything else super bad. No desk, no chair, no cupboard, not even something to put up your suitcase. TV not working. 3 small separate beds in the middle of the room. No hairdryer, no toilet brush. Bathroom not clean. Noisy. Horrible
