Everything was okay but there was no hairdryer in the room so I had to go out with wet hair.

Request for Refund of Overcharged Amount Dear Sir/Madam, I recently stayed at your hotel and made my reservation through your app, where I paid €283.70. However, upon check-in, I was informed that I needed to pay €325.70, without any clear explanation for the price difference. I was surprised and disappointed to be charged an additional amount unexpectedly. Furthermore, I noticed that the bed linens in my room were stained, which raised concerns about cleanliness and overall comfort during my stay. I would prefer not to leave a negative review on Google, but I kindly request a refund of the €42 overcharge as a gesture of goodwill and proper customer service.
