Not pleasant when hair which is not ours backflows up the shower grate

Nonetheless, we’re pleased our central location near Amsterdam Central Station provided convenient access to explore the city. Hello, our stay was smooth, but when we wanted to leave our suitcases in the luggage room, they rudely conveyed that the room was full and that they could not help us. The lockers were not suitable for the size of our suitcases, we could not use them either. The biggest reason why we choosed Ibis hotel was that it was a brand we knew and trusted, we never saw that we would meet such a negative situation that spoil all our vacation.

We had a positive experience at Ibis Centre, a well located and equipped hotel. We only can complain a thing, the room was cleaned up very late in the evening (around 4/4,30 pm) even we left the room around 11 am. I had to wait at the reception some hours for the room to be cleaned up.
