The room is too small for 2 persons. Bathroom and shower are uncomfortable due to the size of the room

My husband & I arrived well after midnight and were greeted by a very helpful friendly young man at reception who also provided us with a welcome drink. The breakfast staff was friendly and we were so happy to see our good friend Naiima in the restaurant We always look forward to a return visit to this welcoming and friendly hotel

The whole process of booking to checking in and also all the changes made along the way before staying just for 1 night was like the BEST experience I've ever had in Europe. The Manager to the Team Ibis member Jean have a 5 star service level which is comparable to any Luxury hotel I have stayed in Europe.

The room was too warm, and the air conditioning controls didn't seem to make much difference. The bed was uncomfortable, and I have sensitive skin, and the bedsheet made my skin itch all night. Also, the breakfast wasn't particularly good, the most disappointing thing being the watered-down juice.
