Too many people book places like this then try leave a poor review… I don’t get it! When you book a hotel like the “Ibis” you’re getting what you pay for a simple room which is a decent enough place to lay your head down for the night! If you’re wanting 5 star quality go pay for it! This hotel was great for the value, so I am saying for what we paid it’s 5 STAR!! The location is incredible, straight off your flight into the airport, in the airport there is the train station which takes 15 minutes and you arrive at the Ibis, I don’t think we could have found a better hotel for location and price!

I initially had a frustrating experience with my booking as it was canceled twice without my consent. Thankfully, after reaching out to the Accor team, the issue was resolved. However, this issue did impact my first impression of the hotel. That said, the rest of my stay was much better. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, shopping, and dining options all within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, which really made a difference during my stay. As for the room, it was decent, but it felt a bit cramped, especially with two large 28 inch suitcases. It was challenging to move around with that much luggage. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a good experience but I hope the hotel works on improving their booking process to avoid future issues.

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. We would stay again. Only problem was that we had to ask for room cleaning

We have a lovely time at the Ibis, close to the train station, very close to all the shops etc. HK did come into our room at 8:50am on Monday morning while we were sleeping though and woke us up, but overall was a good stay and stay again

I was given the type of room I reserved and given recognition as a gold card holder. The room and its view were first class, the bed was very comfortable and the room clean and cosy. I was very well taken care of and just what I needed to get time out from some stressful work and life situations. Thank you very much for a most excellent stay.
