Left my makeup out before leaving the room came back after cleaners has been in there and couldn’t find my makeup palette, tried speaking to the hotel and they advised they couldn’t do anything about this. room was dirty full of cobwebs, food and drinks were incredibly overpriced. would not recommend this place

The was everything we needed for a night. As our train was cancelled her had to find accommodation for the night. The ibis was fantastic and allowed us to check in straight away. Excellent service. Thanks
