only issue was when i was on a call without do not disturb and room service came in room and was overly persisant in asking if they could service room when i was clearly on a call. it was very disruptive.

The AC in the room did not cool. The bath/shower combination was so uncomfortable & there was water all over the floor after carefully trying to shower making it a very dangerous situation.
