Bad service and unfriendly staff

- Extremely unpleasent checkout process, where the person at the counter did his best to be unfriendly, unhelppful and rude. "You cannot keep your bags, no baggage tags....." - Indifferent and slow to respond to any request in the 5 days of duration of stay. - The bed was made / partially made every day and room was not cleaned on any of the days

Nice hotel however, lousy shower

Liked the hotel. The room was nice, and well maintained and equipped. Breakfast was good as well. The shower was however, really lousy with poor water pressure and impossible to adjust the water temperature. I thought it might just have been my room or floor but all colleagues staying at the hotel expressed the same.

Wonderful - thank you! Huge thanks to Helene for making reservations so effortless. A big thank you to Camille and every member of her exceptional front desk team for the welcome and addressing any need with attentiveness and grace. Housekeeping could not be more helpful and anticipate needs as well as being so responsive. The entire breakfast staff are so fabulous. It never feels busy because of their warmth & caring professionalism.
