Generally ok, but expensive for what it is. No possibility to adjust individual room temperature, and no bedding choices. It was extremely hot while we were there, and only thick duvets were provided as blankets.

The hotel location is superb, very close to the metro for trips into the city and very close to the lake. The breakfast had a good selection, although the crepes did nkt taste as though they had been made fresh. We were also disappointed to be told that chocolate hour was not available on weekends, despite all the monitors around the hotel stating that Saturday was included. All the staff though were incredibly friendly and polite, which we greatly appreciated. We were also given an upgraded room with our membership status which was very nice. We would definitely return

Room ok. Carpets worn and not fresh. Bathrooms need a refurbishment. I meant there is mold its old and worn. Absolutely not up to standard. No water pressure in the shower honestly unstated in hostels with better rooms.
