The hotel is very well located, just a few steps from the metro station and close to the lake. The check-in was a breeze, we were given all necessary information. Our room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Our request for new pillows was taken care of immediately. Breakfast was great with the variety beyond believe. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and were not disappointed either. All staff members (at the reception, at the housekeeping, at the restaurant) were nice, friendly and professional. The location close to the long promenade allows you to take pleasant walks and even visit Olympic museum if you can climb the stairs. I highly recommend this establishment.

Hotel is very well located, right next to the lake. Metro stop is two minutes away. Our room was modern and of a very good size. Clean, comfortable, with the balcony. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was very good in terms of variety and quality. Hallways are kind of old but building itself and rooms are quite modern. A few requests we placed with the reception were taken care of almost immediately which is a huge bonus these days.

As I am coeliac I need gluten free and the team were aware of this and of great help. The were also very helpful and responsive in organising a meeting room on short notice
