Without proximity with IMD, nobody would stay here. I spent a week at this hotel, the only one close to IMD, quite disappointing. Room was too warm (no way to reduce temperature) and dirty. Definitely overpriced. Pity there are no alternatives.

4 min walk away from IMD campus, so that is great. Also easy to reach from the train station with the metro. The room was spacious, however the beds were not really comfortable, especially the pillows. I only stayed one night, but maybe I could have asked for another type of pillow.

At the check-in the officer did not indicate where the elevator was. The room was smelling dust I had to open the window to "change the air".

Room clean but with a musty smell from sewage . I had to sleep with the window open , quality of duvets poor. Breakfast good.

Overall is great. The cleanliness is somewhat not meet my expectations. Found dirty cup in the room on day 3 and 1 bed sheet having some small black fur. However, one bed was clean.
