I have stayed at this property many times for the past 10 or more years, including during Covid when I was one of the very, very few guests in the hotel! The quality of the stay is declining incrementally each and every year. It's still fine but I can see the downgrades. More importantly, as a Diamond member, I didn't get a welcome letter or welcome amenity that I typically receive when I stay at all other Accor properties and, in the past, this property. Honestly, I don't think that they even noticed that I was a Diamond member -- no upgrade, no welcome amenity, no notice of my status at all.

Short one night stay; Called reception asking for a tooth brush in the late evening ( they said it was available at lobby - so I decided not to go);This is below level of service I was expecting for 245 chf a night. For breakfast, there is usually someone present to make omelettes, etc. There was no one there this time. Quality of bread-very average; I have been here many times before.

Had a good stay. My room was facing the lake so I can't complain. Bathtub requires a bit refurbishing though.

Nice room for business visit with stunning view on the lake. Shared spaces (restaurant, bar, etc) are quite outdated.

First of all the location was great right in front of the river, secondly the staff were really nice always with a smile, the breakfast was good with lots of options and was really fresh and tasty, the room cleaning was good too, I really thanks all the staff for making my stay comfortable 🙏

Early check in was possible though I was charged for it, something that has not happened to me before in other hotels. The room was comfortable. The ventilation system in the bathroom could have worked better. Quite some humidity remained in the bathroom even after the system had run for an extended period of time. In-room dining service was quick one night, but forgot my order the second night with the result that it took 90 minutes before my food arrived. I was not compensated in any way and was simply asked to pay the full price for the ordered food.

Very nice room and friendly staff but always this hustle with my invoice. I´m staying at the Mövenpick hotel in Lausanne in average once a month for business reasons but I don´t know if it is the booking system from my company or the one from the Mövenpick but they never find my in the system and I almost never get my invoice right. This time I asked via e-mail afterwards to change the address on it twice with no response until today.

They have ( had ) problem with their accounting system ( computer program ) With my All Heartists card I get 30% off F/B When I got my dinner bill it took off 20% I checked with the supervisor and she checked the terminal, it showed automatically 30% off but the actual deduction on bill was 20% A computer or program error

Arrived at 12.30, asked for check-in if possible: answer was yes, 50 CHF. I'm a regular customer of this hotel, plus I'm the organizer (already for 4 years) of company events in this hotel, where everytime is some 15-20K for the event and an additional 20 hotel rooms. And you ask me 50CHF for early check-in? Let aside that the water hose of the shower had no pressure, that might happen. But you should fix it.
