Air con didn't work. Long lines / not enough staff at reception or concierge.

Horrible A/C even with extra fan

We specifically selected the Lausanne Movenpick because of having A/C but it becer got down due to the heatwave on Switzerland. The whole point of staying at a nice hotel is to sleep well. We didn't.
