We enjoyed the large breakfast selection buffet. However, we didn't enjoyed that the rooms were not done by 16h00 in the afternoon and that we were told by the cleaners that we would have to call them in the morning when we would like the rooms being fixed, while we had the lights on the doors to make the room ready! Please inform your guest at check-in accordingly so that this is not happening!

- You have a very friendly and professional stuff, which makes every stay comfortable - Some rooms do have a bad smell in the bathroom, last week it was one of them. - It would be great if you get part of Le Club AccorHotels.

During my stay on Nov 25 and 26, I used a defected iran left in room 224 and it caused disastrous discolouration of my clothings which gave and still give me lots of inconvenience. The managment of the hotel had a very ineffective approach to solve the problem so far. At check out, the front desk staffs kept me waiting for 25 minuets to give me a print of my receipt Knowing I had to leave the hotel as soon as possible. As a Phlip Morris director, the quality of servive at your hotel was far lower than the expectations I had from the past.

Dear Mr N., First of all, it is with regret to hear your disappointment and I am deeply sorry about it . Let me personally thank you for raising this issue which help us to learn from our mistake and to improve. We investigated and found the cause of the iron defect and we will make sure this issue does not occur again. Our Housekeeper took quick action by returning your shirt clean the following morning before your departure. Regarding the waiting time at check out, I understand the inconvenience of waiting when being in rush and unfortunately at that time we were facing our IT system migration therefore all printers were not working. Our receptionist offered the option to send you the invoice by email, however you preferred to have it printed. Our Front Office Assistant Manager came to apologize directly. On another note, thank you for emailing us after your departure regarding your pants, and as you know our Duty Manager responded quickly and is still on communication with you by email to follow up your request. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short and we wished you had a better experience. Once again please accept our apologies and rest assured that our team will put everything in place to guarantee you a better experience upon your next visit. Franck Seguin General Manager

Too hot room, very dry, impossible to breath during night

Clean, pleasant place. Very helpfull and polite staff. Breakfast could be improved. Rooms a comfortable, but lack place for hanging your clothes, which is a problem if you stay longer and have more clothes. For longer stays, the hotel should consider some discounts or some other incentives.

Close to the lake and in good condition. However, There were no drawers for my clothes to fit in ( I stayed 5 nights) and I missed more fruit at breakfast. The rest was great. Employees fantastic and my room was very clean. Thanks a lot

Good Breakfast Menu, Nice and clean rooms and a well equipped gym. On top, fantastic views over the Lake Leman. However, ask for a renovated room, as the older ones are significantly less nice.

Dear Hotel Moewenpick staff, I need to significantly downrate you to 2 because I noticed -when checking my credit card statement at home on Saturday Nov. 16- that you charged me 1014,- CHF instead of the 914,- which I agreed and signed with my checkout-bill on Friday ~1500. I stayed at your Hotel Mon.-Fri. Nov. 11-15; 4 nights. I qualify this being unacceptable for a Hotel of your class and being a customers of the IMD! I 'd like to invite you to credit the surplus back onto my Master Card. Thank you. 1. Besides this very unpleasant incident, my stay in your Hotel was very nice, pleasant, extremely comfortable and I enjoyed your excellent morning breakfast. 2. Your staff : a. at the reception -e.g. Joy, Dean, your Portugese apprentecice at the desk on Friday pm- were very kind, professional and helpful. I very much appreciated that you/Dean allowed me to keep my room until Friday 1530 -without upcharge- so that I still could change clothes and pack my suitcase after the last IMD-class which ended on Friday around 1415. b. at the breakfast welcoming desk: Madame Sylvie was wonderfully nice and welcoming and truly interested to provide me/the customer a great stay and a very pleasant breakfasting experience 3. I addressed 2 repair jobs at the reception for my room 321 -both in the bathroom- : the first one on Tuesday morning, the second one on Wednesday. The first one was perfectly repaired; I got the impression the second not at all , neither there was any feedback returned. The problem persisted. 4. Your location at the Lake Promenade in Ouchy is magnificent and the proximity to the IMD a real asset! 5. Your cooperation/partnership with the IMD: I acknowledge your alliance and also your policy to provide an IMD-reduced room-rate. However, as courses are an important investments, I would recommend an even more favourable rate of up to -20/25 %. 6. My room booking: via my IMD-course coordinator, I booked a room with certain pre-communicated specifications (• Equipped with One-Queen size bed, • Possibility to open window for fresh air access at night, • Room position as of level 2 or above). I was disappointed that none of these specifications were taken into account when I checked in on Monday morning around 0755. Nonetheless, Joy -at the reception- was so kind to register these requests again, stored my suitcase the entire day and had prepared the right & corresponding room when I physically checked in on Monday evening. Summarized: If the mismatch incident between your invoice and my Credit card debiting would not have occurred, I would have given you an overall appreciation rate of 9! We also checked your credit card transactions and finally your credit card has been debited of the correct amount of 914 CHF at check out. As you paid with your guarantee at check out, and after a call with our bank, be sure the difference between the guarantee and the payment has been released automatically. Nevertheless, we really do apologize for the inconvenience caused by technical issues, our engineering manager will do the follow up today to check what happened. The 5 times I had breakfast the same: the milk for the Cappuccino was out and the staff was discussing although there was plenty to do.
