Visited for a conference. Room was Junior Suite which was excellent with a couple of small points, the shower was very low on pressure coming from the bath taps and a more powerful proper shower would be much better. Room service was excellent, food in restaurant was also excellent and a young man in reception was outstanding, knew my room number for me and supported me and my colleagues superbly throughout the visit. Overall ok. I didn't get shower gel refilled and laundry service (even though prepared and signed) until I talked to reception, maybe you can improve there.

- generally satisfied - main plus is location to IMD campus, short walking distance, key reason why I booked it - while breakfast food quality is good, at weekends the bus tourists are a bit of a nuisance and could be reason I don't come back, frankly. In particular, the second weekend where the breakfast area was more a kids playground, was not a nice experience and could be reason to select other hotel next time
