The cleanliness of the hotel is terribly poor. I found poo inside the toilet bowl which was horribly disgusting. The assistant manager's attitude was rude and arrogant. I complained to the Manager M. Guillemer who promised to compensate my horrible experience by refunding part of the unreasonably high rate I paid. However, after more than 20 correspondences over 2 months, nothing has been done and the compensation is only empty promise. A big shame and disgrace to the Management of Ibis hotel and the Accor Hotel Management Group! Besides the room is very small and the shower is weak. The breakfast is very basic and not worth he price

The staff were great. The guy at the front desk kindly lent me a kettle for my 3 day stay, us Brits need our cuppas. The room was basic, a good size, bed comfy, bathroom fine though the towels were paper thin. The room was very hot and the airco not working properly so it got stuffy as the windows were non opening. The curtains were blackout so perfect for an afternoon nap. Breakfast was OK, the scrambled eggs were fine.

I have stayed in the Ibis Centre hotel on many occasions and have always had an excellent stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the hotel is also ideally situated for all bus and rail travel links. The staff are always very friendly and approachable, and are always on hand to help with any needs you may have. I have had an excellent experience every time I have stayed here!
