There are some concern I want to raise. I stayed 10 days over there, but the last night before I left, I asked for the invoice and reception mentioned that I can get only during check out. But during check out reception was unable to provide and later they sent it in a mail and there were discrepancies in the invoice and I am working with Stefan. Response time in mail is very slow. I took one mobile charger from reception and handed over to reception during my check out but still I see 34 franks charged for that which still I am working with Stefen to remove from the invoice. So these are minor things can be improved for better service otherwise the hotel is very good staffs are always available to help and very good location.

We liked the existence of Parking at the hotel premisses, however we found the parking daily price of 20ch rather high! The room was nice, we would like the possibility of an opening window. Without the a/c on, there was some smell of not aired room. The team at the reception and breakfast were friendly and assisting to everything. Special kudos to Stephan.

The position is very good, it is close to bus different stops and at very short (walking) distance from the metro. The hotel and the rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was professional. Morning breakfast (with buffet) was ok. In my opinion the wifi connection could be slightly improved.

No fresh air

Atmosphere’s room was very humid. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Half of my clothes took a nasty odor from the room.
