Clean and comfortable room. Reception /guest relations needs to be improved, we did not feel welcomed, any request for information seems to be too much, either you are understaffed or your staff should be better trained, it's a hospitality business after all. We queued up to leave our luggage, queued again to collect our room cards, and queued again to collect our luggage (the whole check in process was close to an hour !). In contrast, a recent experience at Citadine Singapore, we queued up to leave our luggage, when we return at the check-in time, our key cards were ready, and we were given back our luggage straight away to move up to our rooms (all done with a big smile !)

Our receptionists always do their best to provide guests with all the essential information during check-in, and we also have a wide selection of brochures and city guides available at the reception desk for guests wishing to explore the area.
