Overall, I had a very nice stay. The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping team does a wonderful job. It was great to have a coffee machine right in the room, and the drinking water tap in the lobby was a very convenient feature. The breakfast had a rather limited selection, but everything was fresh. Also, a special thank you to the staff for upgrading our room! I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this hotel. But only if you travel by car. There is nothing to do or to go by foot close to the hotel.

Everything was, good standard and nice breakfast. A little bit annoying was access to the room with the wooden electric card, which needed to be changed everyday. Also maybe I have not noticed that, but swimming pool was one thing why I reserved the hotel, and it was under re-construction during my visit so not accesible.

Dear Maciej S., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the standard of our hotel and the breakfast offerings. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the key card system and the unavailability of the swimming pool due to ongoing renovations. We understand how important these amenities are to our guests and appreciate your understanding during this time. Warm regards, Novotel Lausanne Bussigny

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful 5-day family stay at Novotel Bussigny and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thank you to the Front Office team, especially Stefan and Anton (if I remembered the names correctly), for their outstanding friendliness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food and beverage service was excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, and the dinners were equally enjoyable. Although the swimming pool was temporarily closed due to municipal regulations, the hotel still offered plenty to enjoy, including the babyfoot table, gym, and sauna. Plus, there’s so much to see and do around Crissier that we still had a truly “funtastic” family holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back—and hopefully next time we’ll also get to enjoy the newly refreshed pool!

Dear Eva P., Thank you for taking the time to share your delightful experience at Novotel Lausanne Bussigny. We are thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and that our Front Office team, particularly Stefan and Anton, left a positive impression with their exceptional hospitality. It is rewarding to know that you appreciated the quality and variety of our food and beverage offerings as well. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of the swimming pool due to municipal regulations. We strive to provide our guests with enjoyable activities, and we are glad that you found alternative options within the hotel and in the surrounding area to enhance your family holiday. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future, and we hope you will be able to enjoy the newly refreshed pool during your next visit. Best regards, Novotel Lausanne Bussigny

Building a new pool during hot midsummer is poor scheduling. So, during my 9 nights stay and temperatures up to 37°C I really had been missing a pool. Sorry, but this has not been worth a 4 * rating and pricing.

Dear Michael S., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pool's unavailability during your visit. We understand how essential a pool can be during hot weather, and we appreciate your understanding as we work on improvements. Best regards, Novotel Lausanne Bussigny

Very bad experience, there's used cotton swab with blood in the room, and used toilet paper in the room, and reception reject to provide the one-time slippers (other hotels in Lausanne all provide ).

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. Finding a used cotton swab and used toilet paper in the room is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight. We have shared your comments with our housekeeping team and will investigate the matter thoroughly to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Regarding the disposable slippers, please note that they are not part of the amenities provided by our hotel. We regret any disappointment this may have caused, especially if your experience at other hotels in Lausanne led to different expectations. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in the future. Kind regards, Novotel Lausanne Bussigny

Lovely clean hotel. Disappointed with the Rock and Roll room, expected it to be more themed with murals/paintings/photographs, a guitar on the wall and a Bluetooth radio was not worth the extra we paid. The room had a lovely balcony with a view of the lake in the distance. Probably won’t stay at this hotel again

Dear Jane L., Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel clean and enjoyed the balcony view. However, we regret that the Rock and Roll room did not meet your expectations in terms of thematic decor. Your insights are valuable to us, and we appreciate your comments regarding the room's features. We wish you all the best and hope you may consider us again in the future.
