Very bad experience. When I entered me with my family, reception person deposited double the amount of my booking amount .There was no gesture of happiness of arrival. When i checked out the same person in the reception took me the complete stay amount . And when i started to leave , I remembered that i had given security amount also. Then when i asked my security amount which was double of hotel amount then he made a drama face and told thar oh yes and gave amount back. He was looking fraud with doing this. I had two more accor bookings in germany and Amsterdam. With this experience i cancelled next bookings .
