Overall, I had a very nice stay. The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping team does a wonderful job. It was great to have a coffee machine right in the room, and the drinking water tap in the lobby was a very convenient feature. The breakfast had a rather limited selection, but everything was fresh. Also, a special thank you to the staff for upgrading our room! I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this hotel. But only if you travel by car. There is nothing to do or to go by foot close to the hotel.

Everything was, good standard and nice breakfast. A little bit annoying was access to the room with the wooden electric card, which needed to be changed everyday. Also maybe I have not noticed that, but swimming pool was one thing why I reserved the hotel, and it was under re-construction during my visit so not accesible.

We had a wonderful 5-day family stay at Novotel Bussigny and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
A special thank you to the Front Office team, especially Stefan and Anton (if I remembered the names correctly), for their outstanding friendliness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The food and beverage service was excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, and the dinners were equally enjoyable.
Although the swimming pool was temporarily closed due to municipal regulations, the hotel still offered plenty to enjoy, including the babyfoot table, gym, and sauna. Plus, there’s so much to see and do around Crissier that we still had a truly “funtastic” family holiday.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back—and hopefully next time we’ll also get to enjoy the newly refreshed pool!

Building a new pool during hot midsummer is poor scheduling. So, during my 9 nights stay and temperatures up to 37°C I really had been missing a pool. Sorry, but this has not been worth a 4 * rating and pricing.

Very bad experience, there's used cotton swab with blood in the room, and used toilet paper in the room, and reception reject to provide the one-time slippers (other hotels in Lausanne all provide ).

Lovely clean hotel. Disappointed with the Rock and Roll room, expected it to be more themed with murals/paintings/photographs, a guitar on the wall and a Bluetooth radio was not worth the extra we paid. The room had a lovely balcony with a view of the lake in the distance.
