small basic room for 195 CHF. shower towels super small like a face towels. Shower in the room. toilet hidden in a cabinet. I see something like that for first time. breakfast very basic, old fruits offered. The only nice thing was the people on the reception.

Bed bugs in the room, no hair dryer available, the front desk that wanted me to pay whereas my compagny had already paid the room... It was really an awful experience that you do not expect when you are visiting Switzerland. I will now have to check all my personal belongings to make sure that I do not have bed bugs with me, its a really traumatizing experience.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, but it was very warm and stuffy, despite the window being open all the way (2 inches) at the top.

My experience was excellent - the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. My only small issue was that after I had chosen to not have cleaning for a day, the following day my toothpaste & toothbrush disappeared from the glass I was keeping them in.

We arrived at 10.30pm and th room given was stinky with old tobacco so we wasted time and had to go back to the reception. I was with my 2 kids and they were tired. No attempt to compensate was even done
