Although I don’t recall the receptionist’s name, I would like to highlight the exceptional level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, professional, and very well-organized, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. What stood out the most was the genuine willingness to assist beyond the basics. I asked about places to visit in the city, and the receptionist took the time to provide detailed recommendations, including local attractions, dining options, and helpful tips that made it much easier for me to plan my time. The explanations were clear, insightful, and showed strong knowledge of the destination. The overall attitude was friendly, attentive, and highly professional, creating a very positive first impression of the hotel. Great service and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the room smelt of smoke despite it being non-smoking. Also the hair dryer didn't work properly. Apart from those items the breakfast service was excellent.

The room was nice and clean, but the drain in the shower was clogged, so old dirt flowed onto the shower floor. Really disgusting.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff, because everything else was quite disappointing. The location is convenient if you need to reach Geneva or the airport, but the rooms are old, in poor condition, very small, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. I’m also an ALL Accor Platinum member, and unlike other hotels in the region, there were no perks, no welcome gift, no message, no upgrade, nothing at all. In fact, the room I received was probably the worst on the floor. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not a place I would recommend.
