Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience dans notre établissement n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous tenons à vous assurer que notre priorité est de garantir à chacun de nos clients un accueil respectueux, bienveillant et chaleureux, peu importe son origine ou sa situation. Il est essentiel pour nous que chaque client se sente bien et apprécié. En ce qui concerne les faits évoqués, nous avons pris le soin d'examiner la situation avec notre équipe. Le manager responsable ce jour-là nous a expliqué que plusieurs clients s’étaient plaints d’une odeur dérangeante dans la salle du restaurant, au point de rendre l'atmosphère inconfortable pour les autres convives. Afin de préserver le confort et la tranquillité des autres clients, ce dernier a gentiment suggéré à la personne concernée de se déplacer en terrasse, où la situation aurait été moins perturbante pour tous. Nous comprenons que cette situation ait pu être perçue comme désagréable, et nous vous assurons qu’il n’a jamais été question de juger quelqu’un sur son apparence ou son origine. Nous prenons très au sérieux vos retours et veillerons à ce que de telles situations soient mieux gérées à l'avenir, dans le respect total de chacun. Enfin, nous tenons à souligner que nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre mention des membres de notre équipe que vous avez jugés sympathiques et nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires.
