I arrived very late because of train details in Lausanne. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

i stayed outside in the cold because there was nobody in the hotel, nor was anybody answering the phone number or the interphone. it was not explained to me that there is a night entrance. the night entrance is not mentioned on the regular door. the night entrance is not well lit it is abhorring to see there is no night staff in the hotel at all. this has serious consequences on guest safety (emergencies such as fire, medical incidents), guest experience in case of technical problems (Heating, air conditioning, water supply, noise complaints).. it is incredible that there is not even a phone assistance. plus the room was incredibly small, i did not get my upgrade as a member, the curtains were broken and dirty, the shower door could not be closed. most horrible stay in any accor property to date.

After verification, you arrived on 24/01 at 11:00 a.m. and checked out on 25/01 at 11:00 a.m.; therefore, this was not a night arrival. During your check-in, our receptionist informed you that nighttime access is via the back entrance when the reception is closed. It appears that you attempted to enter through the main entrance, which is indeed closed at night. We understand the inconvenience and will ensure that this information continues to be clearly communicated. Furthermore, no dissatisfaction was reported to us at the time of your check-out. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in order to provide you with a stay that better meets your expectations.

all staff was very personable and friendly . amenities of drinks and public transit well received. weird internet fail in room (previously reported by others) needs to be addressed, otherwise a perfect stay. will return and recommend

Really cute, cozy, comfortable hotel situated right on top of public transportation and a promenade with shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel bar/restaurant has good vibes and good food. I found the service to be outstanding from the 5 or 6 staff members that I encountered during my stay. This place was great for me.

Friendly reception staff and good location near Lausanne Flon. Room had basic amenities sufficient for a one night stay for a solo traveller.
