Well located and nice and friendly staff The rooms are a bit too small and the layout of having the toilet in a separate division from the shower is not great, including also the hand washing in the bedroom itself (outside of the toilet)

The main advantage of this hotel is it's location - Flon metro station which combines both metro lines - which is perfect in terms of connection. The rooms are comfortable; bed, pillows - also no complains. Room also equipped with a variety of electrical outlets, which may be relevant when traveling from another country. Hotel also offers continental breakfast. Finally, on the ground floor there is a bar, that offers various drinks even during the day. This bar offers thematic entertainment during the week, but don't worry, the sound proofing is good and the noise from the bar causes no issues in the room.

The hotel was easy to find and in a perfect location. It did appear the people working the reception had too many other assignments so when guest arrive they have to wait. The worse part of the experience is that the rooms are very noisy. You can hear everything that is happening on the street so it was very hard to sleep. For this fact I will never stay here again because I didn't sleep well.

The room design was stunning, but the shower drained too slowly, making it impossible to wash my hair. The toilet emitted a terrible smell.

i stayed outside in the cold because there was nobody in the hotel, nor was anybody answering the phone number or the interphone. it was not explained to me that there is a night entrance. the night entrance is not mentioned on the regular door. the night entrance is not well lit it is abhorring to see there is no night staff in the hotel at all. this has serious consequences on guest safety (emergencies such as fire, medical incidents), guest experience in case of technical problems (Heating, air conditioning, water supply, noise complaints).. it is incredible that there is not even a phone assistance. plus the room was incredibly small, i did not get my upgrade as a member, the curtains were broken and dirty, the shower door could not be closed. most horrible stay in any accor property to date.

After verification, you arrived on 24/01 at 11:00 a.m. and checked out on 25/01 at 11:00 a.m.; therefore, this was not a night arrival. During your check-in, our receptionist informed you that nighttime access is via the back entrance when the reception is closed. It appears that you attempted to enter through the main entrance, which is indeed closed at night. We understand the inconvenience and will ensure that this information continues to be clearly communicated. Furthermore, no dissatisfaction was reported to us at the time of your check-out. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in order to provide you with a stay that better meets your expectations.

Really cute, cozy, comfortable hotel situated right on top of public transportation and a promenade with shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel bar/restaurant has good vibes and good food. I found the service to be outstanding from the 5 or 6 staff members that I encountered during my stay. This place was great for me.

I appreciated very much the friendly and helpful reception staff, from the check-in through to bar/food service and checkout. The room was small but very clean, comfortable and fun with the special effects lighting and mad house decoration. The panettone offered with the coffee and tea was a very nice touch. The hotel is ideally located with access to Lausanne's two metro lines, one of which connected me easily to the university for my meeting there. The only point of criticism is the sound isolation, which isn't perfect, so it took me some time to get to sleep with the noise coming from the street.
