I appreciated very much the friendly and helpful reception staff, from the check-in through to bar/food service and checkout. The room was small but very clean, comfortable and fun with the special effects lighting and mad house decoration. The panettone offered with the coffee and tea was a very nice touch. The hotel is ideally located with access to Lausanne's two metro lines, one of which connected me easily to the university for my meeting there. The only point of criticism is the sound isolation, which isn't perfect, so it took me some time to get to sleep with the noise coming from the street.

I had a problem while showering the room was full of waters. I was expecting for a "reward" for the inconvenience instead of just changing a room.

I did not like to have the shower and the sink separated. The shower was like a closet. Noise coming from the bar where after work time took place with music and people speaking loudly

We have taken note of your comments regarding the bathroom and the noise from the bar, in order to improve our guests’ comfort. However, we would like to remind you that our hotel is located right in the city center, in a lively area, which comes with both its advantages and disadvantages. Nevertheless, our rooms are very well soundproofed thanks to triple glazing.

What a brilliant quirky place with fabulous decor and comfy seating. Warm and welcoming. Great service and food too. Excellent quiz by Max on Mondays followed by karaoke. Visit there, you won’t be disappointed.
