My room’s fridge cabinet had stains on the bottom part of the cabinet, at first I thought it was dirt. Not a fan of your toothpaste, but other amenities are superb. I will definitely come back if I go back to Yokosuka. Thank you.

The hotel is located right next to Shiori train station and across the road from Coaska Mall. It is conveniently located for exploring Yokosuka. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. The room rate was very good value too. Highly recommended for visiting Yokosuka.

The female at the front desk laughed at my Japanese when I made a mistake. While the man helping me switched to English, I asked her why she was laughing. She did not reply and laughed again. This unfortunate interaction made me feel unwelcome.

Very centrally located within 10 to 15 min walk to all shopping centres. Very comfortable hotel , with a bright and large reception area. The staff was very prompt to answered my emails and made the necessary changes to the booking. Has a nice small cosy corner for silver and above members to refresh ourselves. Highly recommend.

Of all the times that I have stayed at Accor accomodations globally, I was disappointed that the one timw that I reserves with my membership, the room was sub-par (close to a Japanese business hotel), with the only advantage being the american size bathtub. The view from the room was disgusting, the rooftop, moldy and gloomy. I could go on...

Excellent location, lovely room, excellent front desk staff. The supersoft beds let it down for me and the AC vents were quite dusty too.

The staff were beyond helpful and very considerate and accommodating; however, the carpet in my room was filthy. Fortunately, I had house slippers.

Check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room is not up to standard for the price they are charging. The room is dated. There are marks on the walls and furniture. In the bathroom, there was mildew in every crack in the shower walls and on all of the caulk throughout. I have stayed in hotels much nicer for half the price. This hotel is taking advantage of the proximity to the Navy base

Breakfast was mediocre with more vegan options than meat. Pillows felt like rocks. Room was very yellow. Everything in the bathroom especially was more yellow than my teeth. View had the pier, but it was angled and cut out in such a way that it wasn't pleasant to the size of the room. It felt depressing to look out and see everyone around COASKA Bayside Stores having a better time than we were, because it felt like we were inside some prison cell. Serious need for renovations. I explored the 5th floor ballroom area and thought it was creepy with the delapadated halls and lack of lighting. 1-5am Sign wasn't posted on the taxi side of the hotel, so we weren't aware to buzz in and had to find out in the rain how to get in. Everywhere smelt like smoke. This place was disgusting and we're never coming back.
