Excellent facility with clean rooms and fabulous staff. Bathrooms with tab are bit tight for a bulky person and no curtains means water splashes out in wooden floor. Restaurant is there but limited options.

I arrived around 4:00am and was checked into the wrong room (two very small beds) despite booking a large bed. I was promised a move by 9:00am and was told to lock my luggage so it could be transferred to the new room. When I returned at 11:30am, the room was still not ready and my luggage hadn’t been transferred. I had to cancel the stay and urgently move to another hotel at higher cost. What made it worse: the team initially attempted to charge me for an additional night I did not stay, on top of charging the first night where I only slept about 3 hours on an uncomfortable bed. I had to escalate before they agreed to refund the remaining nights. This was a serious failure in room allocation, communication, follow-through, and fair billing.

Dear Management, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received during our stay. The employee who handled our reservation was not smiling, appeared upset, and did not offer any form of welcome. She was very serious in all interactions, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and unfortunately made us dislike the place. It is important that staff members are friendly and welcoming when receiving guests. We requested a room with two beds, but we were forced to take a suite because there was an additional guest. We explained to her that this guest would be leaving, but she refused to accommodate our request. This was the worst stay we have experienced. We are used to much better reception and hospitality in other hotels, in a way that reflects proper respect and service. Staff name im not sure ( khatke) she is short i think from india Additionally, the room that was assigned to us was dirty, which added to our disappointment.
