The reception team was one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The check-in was easy, and the staff at the front desk were always ready to help with anything we needed. The reception service was great throughout our stay. The front office team was always polite, patient and happy to answer our questions. We received useful information and good advice whenever we needed it. The front office staff made us feel welcome every time we came back to the hotel. It was nice to see such friendly people who really care about their guests. The whole guest service team at the front desk did a great job, and we always felt we could count on them. A special thank you to Roland for his kindness and all the great recommendations. His tips were really helpful and made our stay even better. We also had a very good experience in the restaurant. The breakfast was great, and the service was friendly and attentive. Rita and Gabor deserve a special mention for making us feel welcome and taking such good care of us. A great team all around, but the reception staff really deserve extra praise!

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Pullman. The staff were particularly helpful and we’d like to extend our thanks to two people on the front desk, Barbara and Wanda, who helped with us moving rooms so effortlessly. Also, Geza assisted us on many occasions and made our visit to Budapest even more enjoyable.

Dear Paul D., Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay, our convenient location, and the comfort of our hotel. We will be sure to share your kind words with Barbara, Vanda, and Géza. They will be happy to know they made your visit extra special. We look forward to welcoming you back to Pullman Budapest! We arrived at the hotel around lunchtime, our room was not available which was not a problem. We were able to leave our luggage securely so we could stsrt exploring the city. Reception staff were amazingly friendly and informative. Room, once available was clean and modern and included, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine and kettle. The hotel is around a 5 minute walk to St Stephens Basilica so quite central to find your way around the city. The only downside from me is we stayed for 3 nights and the roof top bar was closed for 2 due to private functions.

Dear Nicola R., Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted you enjoyed our rooms, central location and friendly team. We are sorry the rooftop bar was unavailable during part of your stay due to private events. We hope to welcome you back to Pullman Budapest for another enjoyable visit. The Pullman hotel is located within walking distance to many Budapest attractions, and the Metro station is a few minutes away. We stayed in a room called the Loft suite which was lovely, although the stairs to the upstairs bedroom was harrowing especially for those of us in the 60+ age bracket! No toilet upstairs so be prepared to navigate the stairs in the middle of the night! The hotel should probably highlight this point in their room selection criteria. Other than the stairs, the room was very comfortable, the bed was exquisite and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation. The only meals we had at the hotel were breakfasts which had plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and overall one of the best hotels in town.

Dear Laurence B., Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location, the comfort of the Loft Suite, breakfast selection and the warm hospitality of our team. We also appreciate your note regarding the stairs and bathroom location and will certainly take this into consideration when improving our room information. We hope to welcome you back to Pullman Budapest in the future! Best regards, Blanka Balogh Host of Pullman

Clean and fresh. The hotel is modern and very clean. It has a sufficient gym and a nice atmosphere. My room was a bit small for a longer stay (I stayed for 11 nights), so I would hope to get an upgrade to a larger room if I were to stay again. As a small side note, a five-star restaurant experience (though I only have experience with the breakfast) should include cloth napkins.

Dear Mr. L., Thank you for your feedback! We are pleased you enjoyed our modern, clean hotel, gym and atmosphere. We also appreciate your comments regarding room size and breakfast, and will certainly take them into consideration. We hope to welcome you back for another stay! Warm regards, Pullman Budapest Team
