The staff is very friendly at check-in, he helped me to do early check-in and changed the room that suits my needs, but the hotel seems short staffed, there are couple times at the bar that no one was serving, and when I returned to pick up my luggages the staff was gone so couple of people have waited there for a long time. The room is not renovated, the air conditioning need to change, but overall it’s a palace-style hotel, but it seems the interior design need to be replaced for the rooms.

Dear Mr K., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to learn that the price of the beer had such an impact on your overall impression of your stay, especially as I am pleased to see that you enjoyed many other aspects of your experience with us. After reviewing your bill, I can confirm that the beer was charged according to our menu price of HUF 1,390 plus a 12% service charge, which amounted to approximately EUR 4.40 per beer. For this reason, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the amount. It is also worth noting that compared to a few months ago, the Hungarian Forint has strengthened against the Euro, meaning that the same price in Forints may appear noticeably higher when converted into Euros today. Nevertheless, I am sorry that this left a negative impression, and I sincerely appreciate your feedback. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future.
