We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after bringing the issue to our attention on two occasions. We would like to clarify that the air conditioning was repaired, and I personally checked the system afterwards to make sure it was functioning properly. At the time of my check, it was working as expected. As we did not receive any further report after this check, unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to investigate it again during your stay. We are also sorry that we were unable to provide a fan as an alternative. We fully understand that, despite the system functioning at the time of our check, the room temperature may still not have felt comfortable enough for you, and we regret that this affected your sleep and relaxation.
