Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were great had everything you needed. We had 2 rooms booked and 1 was far bigger than the other hence 4 stars. But lovely & comfortable, tea & coffee facilities, basic minibar, and a bottle of water on arrival. Staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. Great choice for breakfast too, and just kept replenishing. Great location with bus, tram & metro right on your doorstep! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location, mixture of traditional and modern. Very good breakfast. I would wish to have more traditional Hungarian meals for dinner, less typical "hotel" food.

Very well located, good accommodation with pleasant front of house staff. We felt the breakfasts suffered a little from lack of staff - dishes were not replenished as frequently as we would have expected, even the butter! ( comparing it to your Prague MGallery Hotel last May). Also it seemed that one person was in charge of serving behind the bar, clearing tables and bringing ordered food from the kitchen which was obviously too many duties for one person to perform. One evening there was nowhere pleasant to sit downstairs as although some tables had been vacated, these tables had not been cleared- food/drinks/napkins etc all over the place. These things happen of course, you may be struggling to recruit staff, but as you asked for feedback, I thought I should tell you. I have not called these observations "problems" Also, it never occurred to us that the marketing brochure in the bedroom showing all the lovely group hotels round the world should be left at the hotel. However fortunately we were alerted to this and managed to return ours while awaiting a taxi downstairs for the airport thus saving 20 Euros(!) May I suggest you put a Sticker on each copy clearly stating "Do Not Remove From The Room". It may be a cultural issue, but in the UK a hotel would be happy for one to take this brochure so a Sticker might be helpful.

We understand how it could be interpreted as a takeaway item. Although a 20 EUR notice is printed on the back of the book, it may not always be easily seen by guests. Your suggestion to add a clear “Do Not Remove” sticker is very helpful, and we will implement this to avoid any confusion in the future. Wonderfully convenient located hotel with beautiful staircase. Inner courtyard with view to sky and water tower is tranquil despite hotel being right next to busy Blaha Lujza Ter. Room is nicely decorated with very high ceiling but needs some cosmetic touch up (grout lines in bathroom). Very comfortable bed and clean smelling linens. One minor suggestion: please inform coming guests via reservation email confirmation about the operation of front doors upon arrival. It took me several try to make it open automatically by lightly PUSH on the door knob. Was not intuitive and front desk clerk was sitting at desk behind curtains, not standing at check in counter as expected.
