Nice on the outside but room needs cleaning

The hotel looks nice, stuff is nice too but the room wasn't clean enough. There was mold in the bathroom, and the water didn't flow. I have asked the cleaners to take care of these but they only took care of the water situation, the mold stayed. Wi-fi signal was weak, therefore work meetings weren't possible, neither could we use the streaming platforms on the TV. The carpet was so dirty when I was walking bare feet, my feet became black! The bed was very comfortable, I specifically appreciated the pillow.

A lovely hotel with a beautiful staircase, and full of history. The bedroom was clean and a very comfortable bed. Unlike most hotels the lighting in the bathroom was perfect for applying makeup etc And bonus points for having a magnifying mirror!!!
