We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My partner and I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom, while my partner’s son stayed in a shared room. Both rooms were very comfortable, and the beds were excellent. Our room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was a bit small, but perfectly functional and well maintained. We really appreciated that the room and bathroom were cleaned every day. The hotel felt comfortable and well organized overall. It is about a 20–25 minute walk to the city center, and there is also public transportation very close by. We would also like to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. We would definitely recommend this place.

This is a completely new building, opened (as I learned at the reception) in September 2025. A very comfortable space on the ground floor, where you can have a good buffet breakfast with a wide selection (07:00-10:00). There's a communal kitchen on the sixth floor (including a washing machine) with a refrigerator and microwave (the zone isn't large, but it's adequate). There's also a terrace upstairs, where you can spend your time on the hostel's roof. The dorm rooms are spacious with an enjoyable bed formatting. Although the upper bunks lack curtains, their design still allows for privacy and comfort. The 8-person room had two toilets and two showers. I consider the placement of sinks directly in the room to be a minus: people arriving late/leaving early cause the noise of running water to disturb other guests or even wake them up. It is worth bringing a padlock for the storage space under the bed and your own towel (towels are available for rent at the property for an additional fee). There's a power outlet by the bed, including a USB port, and a small lamp. You have to take into account that the room may be stuffy, and a very warm duvet will further enhance this effect. A plus: entry to the room with a magnetic card. Excellent location: the intersection of Blaha Lujza tér and Rákóczi út - convenient transport (metro line M2 and a stone's throw to the Astoria stop of the airport bus 100E), plenty of shops, stores and eateries. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
