clean, decent breakfast (little choice and variation)

Overall was a good experience, but some details need to be adjusted. We choose the hotel instead of an apartment to have the towels changed everiday. It was not clear if there was a certan timetable to have your room cleaned, but in the end it happened just 2 times in 5 days. In our last day we run out of toilet paper too.

We are glad to hear that you had an overall good experience, but we would like to address your concerns regarding the room cleaning and towel changes. Upon reviewing our housekeeping records, we noticed that a "Do Not Disturb" sign was displayed on your door during several days of your stay. Additionally, on one occasion, our staff was directly informed that no cleaning was required. Our housekeeping team is instructed to respect the privacy of our guests when the "Do Not Disturb" sign is visible, which means they cannot enter the room to clean or provide fresh towels at those times. As soon as the sign was removed during your stay, our staff performed a full cleaning and replaced all towels in your room. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the schedule or if you ran out of supplies on your final day. For future visits, we kindly suggest removing the sign or informing our reception if you wish to have your room serviced every day. The ibis was a great location and the staff on check-in desk were absolutely lovely and really helpful. There's no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room so need to be aware of that when booking. The room was extremely hot and we couldn't work the aircon or find a way to cool the room down however we didn't speak to reception so their may have been a way to do this. The tv signal was not great so the English channels did not work well for us which was not a big deal.

Regarding the room facilities, as an Ibis hotel, we follow our brand standards which do not include fridges or tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, though our 24-hour bar is always at your service. We are sorry to hear that you found the room temperature uncomfortable and experienced issues with the TV signal. Please note for your next visit that our reception team is available 24 hours a day and would have been happy to assist you with the air conditioning settings or provide a technical solution for the television immediately.
