Each breakfast (we spent 4 nights) looked exactly the same and we're the worst experience I faced in accor hotels. Food is ok but you have to almost fight for it. It's crowdy and main ingredients/dishes are permanently not available which means you have to check 10 times if for example staff finally provided milk, butter, eggs etc. At the end you are taking what is available. 1 coffee machine (there is also 2nd one but undrinkable) with permanent queue which is serving kong coffee which means ~30ml. And still you need to be lucky enough to find a cup for it (or empty plate for food) Really lot to improve. Curtains in both rooms were extremely dirty - I cannot understand how it's acceptable. For a pros - good location, nice overall design.

Good position, you can walk to the center in 20 minutes Pet friendly even if the rare for the dog is very high but you can bring your dog at the table for breakfast The room 14mq is re as oky too small, but I was aware; the problem is that while the bathroom was cleaned, the bed was never made. I don’t know if this is the habit of this hotel, but never happened in all the other Ibis styles where I was

Due to my mistake while ordering, we had 2 eco rooms instead of normal ones. I thought to myself, "OK, the rooms will be smaller; that's not a problem." To my unpleasant surprise, it was much worse. The first room had dysfunctional heating, light, and sink were leaking water while in use. To our further disappointment, the light was never fixed despite the fact that we were assured at reception that it get fixed. We also had to go to the reception twice because of the heating as for the first time, we've got a non-functional and very dirty one. The second was also very dirty but at least functional. The automatic shutting of doors was also not functional. The second room had dirty curtains, and old dry bubble gum on the carpet next to the bed, the AC was working only one way, lot of dust and spider webs in almost every corner of the living room. The windows and shower looked like they hadn't been cleaned up for a long time. I have had multiple experiences with your hotels and I was always happy with your service but this time it was very disappointing which makes me really sad that I have to write such a negative review. In case of need, I have photos and one video to back up my review.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and great, probably the best staff I have encountered at Accor hotels. The breakfast was decent, however it was a little chaotic as it was a rush hour but the staff were doing their best to try keep up. My only downside was the room temperature, A/C only blew hot air, however this is common for european hotels in the winter.

Hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast was all you could eat. Hotel was quite far out if walking, but close to metro link. No kettle for making hot drinks available in the room.
