Well located next to the metro and tram, good breakfast. Rooms and halls are run down and decor is old. cleanliness of carpets could be improved and so the coffee quality at breakfast. Room fare was over priced in this stay.

The check-in process was smooth and easy. In fact they allotted us a room earlier. The location was excellent with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. The breakfast was perfect with the right mix.

It could be better if there was better cleaning service. On the first day, the toilet was dirty with a drop of yellow urine. Underneath the sink, everything was covered in dust. The breakfast was good, considering the price. The bedroom, overall was good also. Comfortable bed and pillows and clean sheets.

Nice staff, room clean a good breakfast, but some confusion at check in we asking for an extra blanket and paid for city tax, 5 hours later we returned to find no extra blanket but they did run it straight up, then I was asked to pay the city tax again on check out, which they did take my word on the fact I'd already paid
